Wow frozen_berries, just man up and lurk moar.
Put simply, nobody has a clue.
HelloLolwhut? Since when is earth shiny?
The earth seems very round and shiny.
This is true right?
How could it be flat?
Also, who is frozen_berries?
I fixed that sentence for you. You are welcome.
I constantly peruse the Debate sections, and i haven't seen compelling proof to dissuade me from my belief in the flat earth. Since i have already formed my belief based on fact presented to me earlier in my good ol' life... and since i am confident in my beliefs... it is going to take something rather compelling to change my mind.
Love, Dann
When you are presented with clear evidence, the burden is on you to dis-prove it.I haven't seen any clear evidence. Sorry. Well... not pertaining to RE.
You cannot dis-prove evidence with theory.
Say, gravity?
Gravity is not a discovery, it is one component of a theory. Next, please.
There are those of us that genuinely believe in a flat earth. James and myself are two prime examples as we both do extensive flat earth work outside of the website. I'm founding a second group as well as still participating in the first group I formed and James runs another local flat earth group. It wouldn't be as entertaining if this site were a joke site.
Of course its a joke site. Only the trolls pretend otherwise.
Come on now Daniel. It's gonna get warm soon.
Are you upset Tom doesn't hold your hand and walk you through things? How dare he point people towards evidence! Damn him to hell!... Good job at reading there, buddy. The point is that it isn't evidence at all.
You guys are just whining now.
According to some FEers, sustained space travel is not possible because the whole universe is nothing more than 500,000 miles in size. Those shiny dots? Just dots.
By lying about ship observations with broken telescopes? Oh, my bad, sorry go ahead.
Ship observations aren't mentioned within the first few chapters. The first few chapters are on the convexity experiments which demonstrates that the earth's surface is not curved as popularly assumed.
I was reading those chapters and my first thought was "wouldn't you get a different result assuming bendy light was true?"
ENAG says that light travels in straight lines.
