This might be the best reason for keeping the whole space exploration, research and technology show on the road:

They will use their made up footage for us to laugh at and debunk. But..... They will be successful in steeling more of our money to "save the planet".

Bonneville salt flats 12 miles = 8' earth curve.
Level laser for 1 mile. the end of the flats the beam should be 8' above the starting point.
