Flat Earth General / Prove That Antarctica Is A Continent.
« on: September 04, 2016, 01:05:30 PM »
Why was it claimed to have natural resources by the US, then abandoned and quarantined?
After all subsequent explorations, no other person has made such observations since.
Knowledge of the presence of coal and uranium were stated to exist.
Explaining why such a rich source of materials would never be mentioned again is baffling.

Upkeep of the myth that Antarctica is a continent is easy, if all mankind was kept away from the center. (we are)
Please explain why the south pole greatly shifts its magnetic position irrelative to the north.

Well, I believe Aliveandkicking can answer both of your questions, if you just read previous posts.
As for the flat earth model, you obviously have not done one second of sleuthing.
Keep in mind, just as the oblate spherical pear shaped globe model has its own discrepancies,
Even so do the flat earth models floating about.

Unless I am mistaken, name calling is not scientific. - (directed at Omega)
Please stop it, unless you meant to spell lier, because yes, I lay down sometimes, but no I do not tell lies.

When one sees birds fly south at the same time, every year for a number of years, one can predict this occurrence.
Assume that the same assertions are made of eclipses.
Knowing that this somehow makes the Earth a globe is not logical.
Exactly where on Earth does nature make spheres through any natural means?

Unless I was told such, eclipses and moon phases would not look like shadows to me.
Perhaps the reason sextants wont work on a flat earth map is because they are made only to work for a globe.

What definable evidence does one have of the sun is flying through space at 483,000 Mph?
Or please explain why, if gravity is so uniform, that it supposedly creates a FLAT galaxy?
At least recognize that not all globe theories are the same.

I assure you that this does not make me feel cool.
The ONLY reason I "know" Earth is a sphere is through the same sources I know about Blue Beam.
I would answer any pertinent questions, had you asked any.
So that brings me to the point that you still consistently make light of plans to murder.
Really, I find it disturbing; you dodge any point I make, when only trying to be serious.
Exactly why must you respond if you believe what you say?
As far as I'm concerned, you just want me to stop posting.
Logic brought me to that conclusion, unlike some globe theories.

Your logic is invalid, as text and NASA videos are exactly what I blindly followed.
Even the sun setting in an irregular fashion is explained through an imperfect solar loop.
Seeing a line on a "map" means NOTHING when the map is in question!

Its less disproving spherical Earth and more disproving NASA. Until, them we had no tangible evidence of a sphere.

Well the firmament could be made of an impermeable electric or magnetic anomaly.
As far as the sun, it could be just above it, attached through similar means.
Kept on an oscillating track, that is imperfect and wobbling, accounting for seasons.
Even accounting for the moon, though perhaps on a second track.

Unless I am mistaken:
Placing us stationary, surrounded by slow moving lights and objects like planets, is simpler than our model now.

Supposing that you have personally seen Mars through a telescope, what gave you the inclination that it is a sphere?
Excepting NASA photos which, may I add, all depict the entirety of mars VERY differently from photo to photo.
Every planet photographed exhibits the same issue, even Earth, in fact.

The air is held inside and pressurized by the firmament.
Exactly what would make the human body significantly more or less buoyant by gaining altitude?
Although I did state different locations may have altered effects, I did not state it was merely height.
Contemplating on your own what may be an alternative to modern "science" is what they stole from us.
Having an explanation different from what is "known" has become akin to a sin.
Even the deepest reaches of the ocean remain unexplored.
Rising underground currents from locations unknown could explain waves as well.

Picture a transparent foam ball attached to the end of a flashlight.
Raise that into the air pointed down and one would see a diffused spotlight effect, whilst observing a sphere.
At least that is one explanation.
You who believe in a globular earth are still in the phases of defining what gravity really is as well.

555
Gravity can be explained through buoyancy and density. Dense things fall, buoyant things rise.
It comes down to the air around us, which explains the differences of such forces at different locations.

Hi Mr. Nye! I have watched many of your videos growing up and enjoyed them quite a lot so, thank you.
Other than that I recently viewed your Youtube video on Big Think about how we know the Earth is round.
Points I would like to make about it would include the fact that not once do you call earth a globe, sphere or the like.
Every time you reference Earth, you say it is "round" which fits into a flat Earth model.
In fact, you even admit Earth is NOT a sphere, and people say flat Earthers cannot get their story straight.
Something else I found amusing was your first point of not being able to see Spain from the Eastern Seaboard.
Kindly look at a flat Earth map and you realize that looking east that direction is nothing but ocean.
In the matters of both your tower and boat analogy, both are explained through line of sight and air density.
Not once in my life have I been able to see through a thick cloud, why would one think Earth is always cloudless.
Do you not think that the billions NASA has used in tax money could have been used on this "paperwork"?
Loads of fakery would not cost as much than actually flying to the moon.
Even if the flat Earth theory is wrong, I feel we bring up some important points about the logistics of modern science.
Denying the validity of ideas in the same category as gravity is insulting.

Why wont you answer mine?
After all, I asked them first, and have mostly been ridiculed and mocked.
Keep in mind, some of your answers are in the text I have previously posted, others, you have answered yourself.
Exactly why some wish to ignore this truth comes down to the factor of fear, I think.
Unless one wishes to ignore it and simply confuse others.
Perception of our reality can change ones thought process.

Why is it that those who appear not to believe in a flat Earth model are the ones hocking even more fantastic ideas? Of those who have been to Antartica commercially, they never really go to the south pole.
Really, it would be quite easy to fly along the rim of our world, and tell them they are deep in Antartica.
Lies upon lies says I, they even state that the magnetic pole is constantly moving, thus we cannot visit it.
Does that fit into a globular model? Do our magnetic poles really fluctuate positions constantly?
Of course, even assuming that they do, it does not explain why one cannot cross Antartica and see a compass flip.
For the time being one should contemplate the very existence of Antartica as a continent.
Looking more deeply into the UN Antarctic treaty, one finds it is filled with fallacy.
In fact, one could make a case suing the US Department of State for planning to testing nuclear warheads there.
Exactly when did testing weapons start to qualify as a peaceful purpose?
Sources you may ask? Gladly.

Taken from the US Department of State Website,

"Activities in the Antarctic had generally been conducted peacefully and cooperatively. Yet the possibility that exploitable economic resources might be found meant the possibility of future rivalry for their control. Moreover, isolated and uninhabited, the continent might at some time become a potential site for deploying nuclear weapons."

Taken from the Antarctic Treaty System Website,

"Some important provisions of the Treaty:

Antarctica shall be used for peaceful purposes only (Art. I)

Freedom of scientific investigation in Antarctica and cooperation toward that end … shall continue (Art. II).

Scientific observations and results from Antarctica shall be exchanged and made freely available (Art. III)."

"This project has revealed that the area around Stonehenge is teeming with previously unseen archaeology and that the application of new technology can transform how archaeologists and the wider public understand one of the best-studied landscapes on Earth," Vincent Gaffney, of the University of Birmingham, said.

I would just like to point out that the title of this topic does not even support a globe.
Simply, it proves that even subconsciously, one realizes the truth.
Suppose one absolutely knew we are on a ball, would not one type, what if earth IS round?
In fact, round does not even fully describe the globular spheroid edible pear that we supposedly live on.
Sorry to point it out, but our flat Earth can be described as ROUND or disc shaped as well.
At the very least, realize that not even all supporters of the globe theory have their facts in line.
Least of all the shape of this "globe", which has been morphed over time to fit questions from scientific communities.
In short, it is easy to see those who knowingly lie about our reality, once one opens their eyes.
Entertain this, never once has a leading politician said globe, only round, for it is easier to speak the truth, than a lie.

To be honest, toying with the idea that the Earth is flat is quite depressing, not the opposite.
Having a lie told to you all your life and realizing you are under the control of others is not enjoyable.
If in fact the Earth is a globe, then many worries of government abuse can be set aside.
Nevertheless, one can rest assured that no "proof" of a globular Earth that has not already been shown will surface.
Knowing this is not a comfort, unfortunately.

Wow, I am glad someone finally asked.
After a while, I thought no one was putting the pieces together.
Kindly direct your attention to this quote posted by Rabinoz.
Einstein - “Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.”
Upon close inspection with a flat Earth viewpoint, one wonders if he was being literal in that statement.
Perhaps he knew about the limitations of our true reality, inside of an enclosed barrier.
In short, I am here because I feel like I have been lied to, I simply seek truth.
Now, suppose Serge simply did not know the entire truth, and his understanding of "satellite" was skewed.
They may have been no different than a normal radio transmission, only, bounced off the firmament, to a dish.
In fact, I seem to recall people bouncing radio waves off the moon; perhaps its just our enclosure...
Maybe he was engulfed in the same lie most of our world is, oblivious to the truth.
Everything else he states is quite explained, and viable to become a reality.

Let me sum up NASA's Project Blue Beam, for those who do not wish to look it up.

Step one is to eliminate all known religions by creating evidence that our interpretations of scriptures is entirely wrong. Stonehenge will be found to have massive underground chambers revealing the "true" nature of our holy scriptures. Other ancient monuments and locations may have similar hoaxed findings.

Step two is to stage an apocalyptic scenario, where God or gods are artificially displayed upon the heavens. Many may take such an occurrence as the end times, for most spiritual books state some kind of "return of the creator".

Step three is to broadcast radio signals that cause extreme depression, clouded thoughts, and overall sick feelings. This technology is already in the hands of some militaries.

Step four is to convince the Earths population that an alien invasion is about to happen, most likely using the same technology implemented to stage the return of God or gods. Of course the invasion will never proceed, as a second human-loving alien race will appear to save the day, but only if human kind submits to them and follows their ideals. With utter destruction as man kinds only alternative, our fates becomes sealed.

In the wake of such an event, creating a totalitarian new world order, and exterminating those who think otherwise would become simple.

Also I changed one word from the original Star Wars quote. I would say following, but Omega is not following me physically or otherwise. I would hardly call that mangled, since the concept is the same.

Are you paid to be here, Omega? Which part of my statement did you find cool exactly? The murder of innocent people? That sounds accurate based on your rude language use with other posters on this site. In addition, why do you deem it necessary to degrade people you deem unknowledgeable?
Who's the more foolish? The fool, or the fool arguing with him?
Whether I am right or wrong is irrelevant, this post is merely for discussion of the topic at hand, which I believe to be serious. Suppose I am wrong and it is no more than a silly idea, then it will become apparent in time and things continue to "spin". On the flip side, if I am correct, and this topic is ignored, then it may be the last thing one ignores.

Aliens are not possible in the way that you describe them. If you indeed believe in a flat Earth, then there is no "space" for them to travel through and begin their civilization in. Where has your perception of aliens conformed from if not exterior media. Had you not read a book or seen a video about aliens, would you still think there are other civilizations living in the lights in the sky?

Flat Earth General / Re: Project Blue Beam
« on: September 02, 2016, 09:15:15 AM »
I think it is important to realize that the topic on hand includes the murder of a large population of Earth. Even if I am wrong, does this not warrant further investigation and discussion? Would not a flying miniature prop of  satellites or the ISS provide photographable evidence of "space" to those who were previously told what and where they were? I find it interesting that most with contrary views seem to gravitate toward things already in "space" as their absolute debunking tool, instead of simple things like not being able to see objects at extreme distances due to the curve of their Earth. One must understand why a lie like this would be beneficial to those who created it, before realizing the magnitude of our situation. If in fact we are in an enclosed flat plane, the need for population control becomes greatly intensified. Project Blue Beam becomes a necessity, and a much more viable plan, when viewed through the perspective of one who knows the true nature of our reality.

One must simply realize that if a government can lie about the plane of existence you live on, then whats to stop them about lying about distances?
