In regards to global warming that is.

I'm confused, why would the US military need to have a sub marine that could launch a nuclear missile anywhere in the world...all of the world;s governments are peaceful with each other and are really just buds in the greater conspiracy.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: The Conpiracy's Purpose

From what I can deduce from this forum, the sole purpose for the conspiracy is to continue the conspiracy.

You say NASA is using space money to make high-end imaging software. The only reason to do this would be to fake pictures of earth from space. But the only reason to do this would be to keep the public in the dark. The reason to keep the public in the dark is so that NASA can use tax dollars to fake high tech pictures of the planet.  :o
See what I mean?

Two words: global. warming.

Billions of dollars in it.

How so?

jeez...how do you feel now Tom?

Any worse than the other day when you walked in on your wife and a Re'er????

I posted a similar statement to this elsewhere, just can't find it now. The FE model and many of its endorsers use shitty science.

What I am saying is, science should be the collection of observations that lead to a feasible answer.

However, a lot of FE theories start at an answer that explains the observations.

Example:

The shadow object.

There is no observable data on this thing, but it does explain lunar eclipses within the FE model.

Anyone else have other examples.

It is a Palestinian country that was invaded by Jews and is still being occupied.  Moreover the terrorist state has repeatedly bombed other countries.  Israel invaded, for example, Lebanon in the early 1980's.

Way to take that out of context.

I am not angry... just pointing out yet another RE fantasy. Disagreeing with your nonsense does not make me angry.

yeah...rather an avant garde ass hole.

hmm...has anyone else thought about how hard it would be for something to "move around" while it is accelerating at the rate of UA?

My one observation since being exposed to the Fe model is that many of the theories are formed through a bad process. What I mean is, a lot of things are THOUGHT of as answers to certain questions that are raised. Good science and good theories should be formed after the objective collection of data, but many FE theories seem to be feasible answers that really can't be disproved because they are theoretical and such. Anyway...I'm tired and sick...good night.

So I understand why different locations see different sets of stars in the FE model...but why does the same location see different sets of stars within a year?

You can do the triangle thing, but you must confine yourself to the surface of the earth. Little will be noticed with three cities that close together. You must use three very distance cities to notice the difference. However, you must also use geodesic lines to connect those points. The experiment has been done many times, including by a friend of mine, and the angles do NOT add to 180. They add to greater than that every time.

Tom, you just got pwned.

I love the environment.

I also love captains...

Logical progression only dictates that I love Captain Planet.

I love you too...

If only everyone else knew the weight that statement holds.

I almost feel like we live in the same building or something.

Sop how come we never see quotes or proofs from all these amazing pieces of "literature"?

It's all over this forum you ignorant sheeple. Either follow the steps or get the fuck out.

Someone walked in on his wife blowing an RE'er

Yo Tom, i wont believe you until you go and do each of those experiments again.

Have you actually seen them work with your own eyes?

If yes, then I want you to do it again and video document it all.

As implied above, pilots don't just not pay attention to their flight while auto pilot is on.

They don't.  They drink coffee and read magazines.  Oh, and every once and a while, they turn a knob.

Thats why.

You siad this about pilots. Someone said that is not the case. Tom said you would know sense you are one. Then I decided you must be a shitty pilot if thats what you do when you are on auto pilot. Yep...that brings us to date.

We can also argue this all day, unless someone here has sat in the cockpit throughout a flight.

TheEngineer is a pilot and engineer. He would know how planes operate.

Maybe he is a shitty pilot then?

Jesus died to save you what have you done for him?

Please don't claim the name of my savior and then spout out shit like this.

Seriously...you know those people Jesus was so harsh towards...the Pharisees...those were the ancient equivalence of modern day Christians. He was harsh towards them, but show love and developed relationships with those who had previously done nothing for him.

Don't take this to personally. I have nothing against you. But non Christians will never respond to crap like "Jesus died to save you what have you done for him?".

Im pretty sure the canopy theory is just like most of teh theories behind FE.

Why?-

Think about it. Some creationists thought of the Canopy Theory to explain the flood. If there really was a canopy then it works perfectly. The problem is they came up with the theory to explain something rather than had data that led to the creation of the theory.

Similarly, FE'ers have UA. Some dude did the math to find out how fast the Earth would have to be accelerating upwards to simulate the affects of gravity. They found the mathematical equation and then said it was fact.

Half the time I think the FE'ers on this site are just having fun because they so often attack thought patterns that they themselves use.

"Some dude" didn't do the math, hot-shot. It was already there considering gravity = acceleration. The Earth is accelerating at 1g.

So in other words...that equation was common knowledge before anyone found the equation?

In reality, I understand what your saying...you just worded it poorly.

Oh and next time, don't try to be such a bad ass...its unbecoming, and its really out of character for you.

Also note, you calling me a hot shot is a compliment. Yes I picked up the sarcasm, but the fact that you chose the term hot shot reflects the fact that I actually am one.

One last thing, $5 says I am better looking than you

EDIT: Please realize that most of this is a joke.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Tectonic Plates
« on: March 02, 2007, 11:30:17 AM »
Oh sorry, I was distracted by the part of the FAQ that says...

Q: "Why do the all the world Governments say the Earth is round?"

A: It's a conspiracy

Q: "What is the motive behind this conspiracy?"

A: The motive is unknown although it is probably money

Q: "If you're not sure about the motive, why do you say there is a conspiracy?"

A: Well it's quite simple really; if the earth is in fact flat, then the governments must be lying when they say it isn't.

The logic in those answers really caught my attention.

"If the Earth is flat, then there is a conspiracy. If there is conspiracy then the Earth is Flat. And since the Earth IS flat...there is a conspiracy...which further proves the flatness of the Earth.

Holy crap! That also lends proof to the conspiracy idea. Wow...I think I just proved the FE theory.

I was wondering just that, if the earth was flat, tectonics wouldn't be possible. Nor would mountain ranges.

Please refer to the FAQ 8)

Tom, Tom, Tom. This map is DIFFERENT THAN YOUR OTHER ONES WHEN YOU SAY THAT ANTARCTICA IS THE ICE WALL

What I'm saying is that there might be two land masses we know as "Antarctica." One is an Ice Wall, and the other is a continent. American cruise ships, explorers, and surveyors are studying the continent.

Using that map, you cant sail from Africa direct to Australia.

Actually, you can. Look at the map again.

HAHA...did anyone else notice that he changed the picture between posts??? Look at his first post of the map and then this one. Your first one had not outer Antarctica.

Read the FAQ more.  :o Until that happens to your eyes.

Until what happens to my eyes? Do you mean until I experience Vostok? i was not talking about the place, rather the Ice Cores taken there and the fact that they show weather patterns dating at least 400,000 years ago.

So whats the score then...RE'ers 1 left....FE'ers...like 30?
