unless im blind and need a microscope all i see on the west coast of the US is Hawaii

Read my post again, carefully. It's only four sentences. Of particular interest are these two: "Notice the locations of the U.S.A. and Japan. Remember that the currents of the oceans are roughly circular."

Im sorry you lost me, Japan according to FE map is not on westcoast so i dont get how their tidal waves would come here

Just post the pic below, they cant explain it. They can only say its photoshoped by the conspiracy.

"the shadow of Washington state’s Mt. Rainier cast along the clouds at sunrise"

Can someone (perhaps Tom) explain to me how the rising sun can cast a shadow of a mountain on the bottom of clouds if Rowbotham's explanation of perspective is correct?

See:

Very good find, but pictures and video that show a RE arent accepted at the FES. Only theorys/pictures/sketches and video that agree with a FE are ever accepted by any FE member or troll. Epic find btw.

thats a good one,

lol I dont get how these people believe the earth is flat theres like so many ways to disapprove it..

And yet you've failed to provide just one.

FES has failed to accept or consider ANY evidence.

Flat Earth General / Re: Lets go for the James Randi $1,000,000 challenge
« on: October 26, 2011, 10:31:58 AM »
For a number of years now James Randi has been offering a one million dollar prize to anyone who can show evidence of a paranormal or supernatural event.

From the James Randi website:

Quote
At JREF, we offer a one-million-dollar prize to anyone who can show, under proper observing conditions, evidence of any paranormal, supernatural, or occult power or event. The JREF does not involve itself in the testing procedure, other than helping to design the protocol and approving the conditions under which a test will take place. All tests are designed with the participation and approval of the applicant. In most cases, the applicant will be asked to perform a relatively simple preliminary test of the claim, which if successful, will be followed by the formal test. Preliminary tests are usually conducted by associates of the JREF at the site where the applicant lives. Upon success in the preliminary testing process, the "applicant" becomes a "claimant."

The most paranormal thing in existence is Gravity. How does it work? Why is it so mysterious?

Clearly, all one has to do to show a paranormal event is drop an object to the floor. It is absolutely unexplained.

Modern Science postulates these undiscovered and invisible "puller particles," but how can a particle pull? Such postulations are as meaningless unless demonstrated. I could claim that Indian rain dances makes it rain, and whenever it rains, it's just because an Indian danced somewhere. But unless my claims are demonstrated, it is nothing more than paranormal hogwash.

Marriam Webster dictionary defines Paranormal as

    "Not scientifically explainable"

From Wikipaedia Paranormal is described as

"Paranormal is a general term (coined ca. 1915–1920) that designates experiences that lie outside "the range of normal experience or scientific explanation" or that indicates phenomena understood to be outside of science's current ability to explain or measure."

Gravity is outside of science's ability to explain or measure. No one has actually observed the fabric of space-time bending (light bending != space-time bending). No one has actually observed or detected puller particles pulling light rays around stars, apples to the ground, or the earth around the sun. Nothing has been detected and there is no agreed upon explanation. The phenomenon of gravity is entirely mysterious. Gravity meets both "unable to explain" and "unable to measure."

Ergo, to show a paranormal event all we need to do is go on stage, drop a ball to the ground, and collect our $1,000,000.

Imagine the headlines! "The Flat Earth Society wins James Randi's $1,000,000 challenge"

90% of this post is incorrect, only correct thing is his spelling.

If the earth is in fact flat,  how is it that debris from the tsunami is making its way to the western US shores?  I thought Japan was on the other side of the world?

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/nationnow/2011/10/up-20-millions-tons-of-debris-headed-for-american-shores-in-2014.html

Check out the .pdf that shows a model of how is expected to move.   Funny how it isn't headed for a non-existent ice wall.

So you know about the ice wall, but not the rest of the map?

Have you seen the map?

Do you believe in ice wall ninjas? I saw one in Antarctica and drew him, hes in my sig.
LOL did you have a gun on you? He seems to be conceding defeat.

His gun is under his thong, he pulls the thong down and shoots at you.

My mistake that sentance should have said "....it fails harder than Tsunami does at plotting the south pole base on a FE map"

Here is your citation: http://www.theflatearthsociety.org/forum/index.php?topic=49767.80
Please reference reply #85, the read the rest of the thread where you get destroyed over your placement of it and you argue that you cant provide the maths you used becaused it involved fractions.

Does that mean we can eat his delicious looking chicken now?

His chicken is epic, it would go great with your moonshrimp.

You admitted in the past that your a REer.
Purely for DA purposes. Oh, and there was one time my account got hacked. And I got drunk and posted a few regrettable things once or twice, but nobody is perfect.

Also http://www.youryoure.com/. This particular error seems to be viral.

I tried it.
No you didn't. I know you didn't, you know you didn't. I have no proof that you didn't, but I just want you to know, that I know, that you didn't.

Correct, evidence doesnt exist in the FES.
I'm right though aren't I? We both know this lying sack of sh*t is spamming the forum with untruths knowing it is not within our power to 'prove' him wrong. He can pretend to be outraged and demand an apology and so forth, again knowing we can't prove he is lying, but everyone who reads that post will be thinking, "No you didn't. You just made that up to reinforce your flimsy argument. Take that lie away and you haven't got anything on Tom Bishop. He's done you again".

Step your trolling up, ^ is pathetic.

Stick a stick in your yard and compare it to the globe and the map. I tried it and the fe model behaves nothing like what the real world one does but the globe does.

What don't you get about this compare it to what the sticks shadow actually does. You will find it only behaves like that on a sphere.

You do not see anything pulling you down towards the earth. It's absurd to believe that invisible puller particles/bendy space are responsible for your experiences when one can see, directly, that the earth is accelerating upwards.

Anyways, back on topic, Bioluminescent Shrimp Theory is a bit complex Sentient Pizza.  I recommend that you do some research then come back.

Normally when I want to educate myself abot a topic of science I start with a simple google search and follow the trail of bread crumbs. They are usually easy to follow and lead to some great readin on scientific websites.

Please educate me. Simply post links to some scientific literature (not FES threads), and I will do exactly as you ask then return with some thoughts.

I must say that I am skeptical about your intentions here. Seeing as your link from your own OP is clearly not even hinting at what you claim it to be. Thoug I am verey interested in learning of this life form if in fact there is even s shred of chance it could be real.
Define real.

When have two space powers ever gone to war?
The Cold War was one of the driving forces behind the space race.

The space race was a technology race, but a race to see who could conjure the best photoshopping, film making and CGI. To be able to control the people of earth by deception is far more powerful than threatening them with a weapon you can only use once before Armageddon (space race was supposedly about ICBM capability). Anyway, pushed on by the corporate side (Microsoft, Universal Studios, Disney, MGM etc) the US was able to put some distance between their technology and that of the Russians. Because of the language, Russia can only sell one type of movie in bulk and those types don't need much CGI. Eventually The USSR had to concede it could not make as good space hoaxes as the US and gave up.

Epic trolling

Breakfast: deviled eggs
Lunch: Chili burrito concoction thing
Dinner: Japanese food thing I got from a restaurant and cannot remember the name of.

Awake: 9:45
Asleep: 1:20

Exposure: 12:10-12:20

You shouldnt eat sushi, it can make you sick. Its to much of a variable for this experiment, if you get sick you will have no idea what its from. You should keep your diet consistant to minimize the variables.

You dont want to get food poisining and think its moonshrimp poisining, do you?

I didn't say it was sushi, I said it was Japanese food. It was some kind of chicken.

Any chicken from asia isnt chicken at all, its cat or dog meat.

"Did you know in many Asian cultures, dog and cat meat is no different than chicken or pig meat. Meat is meat. As many Asians were raised on dog and cat meat, they think what’s the big deal." -  http://mainstreettakeout.com/chinese-restaurant/chinese-restaurants-cat-and-dog-meat-sold-as-beef-pork-or-chicken

What is the big deal?

You dont know what your eating, you might get food poisining and mistake it for moonshrimp poisining.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: some questions
« on: September 06, 2011, 02:27:32 PM »
Nobody is liked by everyone here, just because some posters do not like Verrine or anyone else does not change the fact that he is most respected by many FE advocates as he has helped develope some most excellent theories and devoted countless hours to research.
Ok...

Verrine firmly believes that Moonlight is emitted by moonshrimp.

But,
Tom Bishop, a self proclaimed 'Flat Earth Proponent', firmly believes moonlight is light reflected from the sun.

So... which is it?

The suns light cant hit the moon according to all FETs, therefore its moonshrimp.

And TB agrees with nasa.

This brings us back to my suggestion for the FAQ to pop up right after someone logs in to their account for the first time.
Of course, this is only proof that I was right - I don't expect anything to actually change.

This isnt proof your right, its proof NASA hacked his computer and hid the FAQ.
