Flat Earth Debate / Re: Discussion: The Flat Earth and Religion
« on: March 10, 2014, 12:47:55 PM »
How do you wake up in the morning and know which way is the bathroom? Seriously, FE theorists.. in 2014? When my brother gave me the link, I actually thought this was a tongue-in-cheek site that has good discussions, and I inadvertently created an account.. I'm astounded that idiots like this exist in the 21st century.. Ya'll motherfuckers need Galileo..

P.S: I'm just trying to get banned- I'm fatally allergic to idiots and morons.

Be careful or you may get addicted to feeding the idiots and get stuck in here eternally!

Its what happened to me :(

Starman, you could take anyone of these FE'ers, put them in the ISS and they would STILL think it's a hoax...

something's wrong with them..

3
Wait a sec I may have misunderstood..

I thought he meant after the force was applied and the spinning motion stopped.

if the beads are sticking to the sides while the centrifuge is spinning then yes of course.. inertia...

4
Dear God.  :o

You're an imbicile and I'd rather saw my own legs off with a serrated toothpick than spend another nanosecond speaking with you.

5
Not that I can see, I tried to find it when Skepti first mentioned it so that I could ignore him.. much to my disappointment, it turns out he is lying.. again.

There is no general ignore feature.

6
Ok, just answer this question:
Will beads stick to the sides of a centrifuge inside a vacuum chamber. If so, tell me what makes them do this?
Explain what exactly happens to achieve this.

If the beads are very lightweight - static electricity.

Don't ever say I'm not christen.
What?
sorry my bad its  a pathetic attempt at sarcastic humour . Christ-en
I don't get it.
I dont get danasoft.com ,its only used by those sporting  shrunken testicles & a very small penis. pathetic form of intermediation & an invasion of privacy by third party. I never contracted to when signing up to this forum.  breech of contract mod. Have them remove it.

WTF?

Have you taken your meds today?

8
Sponge :did you not see that you tube clip I posted for ausgeoff on anther thread. The Moon landing was at Hawaii. less rabbits to have air brushed out.

I think you might be an escaped mental patient and I assure you, that anything that comes out of your mouth I rate equal to monkey shit.

9
ah, I didn't realise you were a metallurgist...

Because you are right?

10
OK whatever.

11
Speaking of sinking ships, REers claim they have seen hundreds/thousands of these things as a kid, today, yesterday all of the time. But I am yet to see a photo that a REer has personally taken of a sinking ship.
Here are two photo's of sinking ship's taken with same amount of zoom within 30 seconds of one another.

Its not the same ship..

What are tying to prove with this?

12
One has to ask, what went wrong with someone's life that they stop believing in the real world and revert into fantasies such that so many on this website do?

I know I'm wasting my breath by saying this, but there is so much empirical evidence that supports a horizen yet for some reason you guys have convinced yourself, so sanctimoniously too, that, just because you see a flat horizen out your window, that is so..

You  have literally no idea how stupid you are, how stupid you sound and look and the attitude you add to it just makes you look even stupider.

The only reason I come here now is to laugh at you.. the idea of arguing is moot.

13
It happened. What seems to be mist with this tragedy. Is if you lose a small ceramic heat tile from your heat shield  your history. Those heat tiles  to withstand those temperatures were only developed in the 80's. So what were they using before hand ?. Oh that's right they cancel their trip to the moon ,it was to far away & went to Hawaii instead.

Why are the FE idiots here so predictable?

If you don't understand something, or you're simply ignorant - that doesn't mean it didn't happen..

For instance, if you can't fly - does that mean planes don't exist?

Neither does your last post as it is missing the article.

I'm guessing that this is the article jroa is referring to?   MODERN MECHANICS October 1931

Note the date!  LOL.  Are flat earthers really using 80-year-old science in support of their claims?
Are sphere earthers  still using NASA phoney 1972 blue marble photo to claim the worlds a sphere. Rabbits on Mars that's the problem you have of proving anything NASA provides as proof ,other then being a corrupt fraudulent lying pack of bastards.

Or we could just use a 2000 year old book full of fantasy stories written by semi illiterates who hadn't invented trousers yet...

You'd need to be pretty fuck off gullible to do that.

It is more modern that Rowbotham's work is it not?

 :D :D :D

They're heading in the right direction at least lol... at this rate they'll be using 21st century science just we enter the 25th century!

Get off the crack Charles..

AusGeoffs questions were reasonable, Jroa's answers were also reasonable..

Jroa is a BLOKE, not a female and Geoff is NOT trying to pick her.. I mean him.. up.!  :D

It seems grasping science isn't the only thing you're utterly hopeless at.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Why is Every Other Planet Round?
« on: March 09, 2014, 11:41:02 PM »
It's called gravity.. as much as you might deny its existence, it doesn't matter a damn what you think..  The effects of gravity on planets and gas is well known.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Why is Every Other Planet Round?
« on: March 09, 2014, 05:28:02 PM »
As a follow-up question: if the Earth is moving upward at 9.8m/s^2, why don't we see the Planets all moving downwards at us?

Because they reckon the whole universe is moving up at the same rate..  ::)  lol

19
No need to reply, it will just come up as 'ignored user' just like scintific, Spankalot, glokta, Jiminy crabs and now Starman.

Aww, I'm on scepti's 'ignored' list... :(

I guess some people just can't handle the truth! :D

If we're lucky he'll add everyone else to his ignore list and there'll be no one to talk to and maybe he will fuck off!!
Fingers crossed.

It's ok, I see what you're trying to do. Forget it. One day someone might actually sit up and take notice. I didn't really expect you to, because you're scared of your peers in case they chastise you.
Come back when you decide not to wait for the killer shot that you believe you just threw. You'll never grasp it whilst you have that chained mind.

I was just asking. Air is matter. We are matter. Why should matter be treated differently by the laws of nature in this case?
You can't use inertia in a vacuum in a so called centrifuge then say saying it's nothing to do with atmospheric pressure then all of a sudden decide that air is inertia. Make your minds up, because all you are doing is making stuff to keep your science alive, when a lot of it is bogus.

I think there's a short in your brain...

He said air is matter, we are matter, therefor both are effected by interia the same way.. But as we have more mass, inertia acts on us more than it does on air..

He's not saying air IS inertia you nitwit. You are.

21
Yes! But what I'm saying is, interia is used as a different meaning to the real effects on an object or person than atmospheric pressure. It's the same with gravity. All of it is atmospheric pressure.
You don;t move without it, whether you are pushed forward, back, up or down. It's all atmospheric pressure against whatever density it's up against.

Aha...

So why would air have inertia, but not the person standing in the bus? Wouldn't the same force be exerted on both masses? And, because the mass of the person is greater, wouldn't the effect on the person be greater (As we normally observe)?
It's ok, I see what you're trying to do. Forget it. One day someone might actually sit up and take notice. I didn't really expect you to, because you're scared of your peers in case they chastise you.
Come back when you decide not to wait for the killer shot that you believe you just threw. You'll never grasp it whilst you have that chained mind.

How utterly pathetic.. He makes a point that totally debunks your idiot theory, one that anyone can see a mile away and you say forget it and run off crying to your mum..

Amazing.

For the corners of the triangle to each be 90, the sides have to be 1/4 the circumference of the sphere, otherwise it won't work.

Perfectly true, but immaterial to this specific proposal for a 270 triangle.

Quote
In the case of the earth, the circumference is ~40,001km, 1/4 of which is ~10,000.
Again perfectly true, but again immaterial to the proposal.  It works (obviously) with any sized sphere.

I certainly made no mention of the earth, as such, in my comment, nor did SirSpankalot.  We were both speaking about a theoretical sphere.  It was you who incorrectly assumed we were talking specifically about the earth, because you said "each leg has to be 10,000km if you're going to have 90 turns".   And that comment is incorrect in the context of a discussion about geometry, and only serves to potentially confuse the flat earthers.

So it might pay you to "double check" others' comments  before "attacking" other people yourself.

And frankly I don't give a rat's arse whether you're an Aussie or an Outer Mongolian.  Makes no difference to me.  The facts of the matter are all that count here.

My apologies Geoff, I assumed that the earth was the subject of the discussion. Still, it might be worth noting that the 270 triangle does only work if each leg is 1/4 the circumference of the sphere in question (which you didn't do). I never intended to come off as 'attacking' anyone, I was only trying to help because I've seen this example go sour before due to a lack of specific details.

You were right, I was referring to the earth so I still stand corrected.

A yacht wouldnt be able to sail using his idiot theory either.

The air in the bag is not pushing the liquid on the liquid. It is going to the center.

Again - not a vacuum.. only zero G.
it is a vacuum in the bag.

Good point!

Are you actually being serious? Are you actually trying to show me a video of someone lightly rotating a bag of tea on the fake ISS to prove something to me?

You think the ISS is fake too?  Even though you can see it fly over perfectly on schedule..?

You must live in some weird fucked up universe.. I'd feel sorry for you if you were such a fucktard.

Then rather than spouting drivel on here. Prove it.  Or are you going to keep your work secret like skepti because of the assassins that lurk here that are out to cash in their contracts...?

Until then, you're just another loser that is detached from reality.

Oh and btw, my brothers dead, he died last year, he's younger than me so somehow I don't think your fantasy of incest is all that valid.. this is Australia, not Texas.

28
That's not done in a vacuum like crumbed cutlets wanted...

29
Well, cock spanker - it is you that is trying to convince us of your wacky ideas..

So really its up to you.. not us.
