Is there concrete evidence to back up your claim?

Even if you went out to Antartica and took a photo would anyone believe you? Probably not.

Just look at the world as it exists now, can you explain how gravity works without a mathematical equation? Please recreate the globe earth model on a small scale complete with orbiting planets and suns, see if you can get water to stick to the side of your globe.

We can prove our model with a dinner plate and some ice cubes.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: A few questions from a newbie...

Sceptimatic and totallackey answered well,

This is how I see it as a follower of Christianity.
1. Who Benefits?
The devil does, he is a liar and the father of them.

2. Science Conspiracy?
Didn't need too, everyones been Heliocentric for 500 years plus.

3. Driving Force?
That depends on the person, for myself, I already believed the bible was Geocentric, flat earth makes sense if you regard the scriptures as inerrant.

Many of the arguments made a lot of sense to me, the fact that we cannot replicate our current model was a turning point. When did you ever see a spinning floating orb in a museum with water sticking to the outside of it. The horizon problem is another big one.

Anyway, its like "whack a mole" around here, as soon as you stick your head up you get zonked by fifty hammers, I'm crawling back into my burrow now.

Welcome to FES. :)

How about "spheroid". You fine with that?

Yeah I get it now, you want to persecute anyone who doesn't think the same as you.
What other things must we believe in to live in your unique dictatorship?

Philosophy, Religion & Society / Re: I have Bipolar. Also AMA.
« on: May 13, 2017, 09:02:46 PM »
I am a twin and was diagnosed with Bipolar ages ago, (apparently more common in twins)
I was prescribed Zoloft for a while, once it kicked in (after two weeks) it was awful.
Left me feeling vague and bommed, so I thought, this is worse than being bipolar.

So I stopped taking zoloft and did this, every time I felt really happy I would tell myself "calm down, calm down" and then when I felt sad I would tell myself "cheer up, cheer"

Anyway, I must have had a mild version of bipolar because I was able to get a handle on it eventually and I came out the other end drug free, However, I don't offer this as medical advice because I have lost three friends to this disease including my partner who took her life while I was living with her.

So yes its a serious medical condition,

I'm sorry to hear that you have bipolar and I'm also encouraged to hear that you are on top of it and are dealing with it well, I can't help but think that some of these ailments are due to environmental factors such as chemicals and plastics and the like. Some of us may be more sensitive to this stuff than others, anyway I'm stabbing in the dark now.

Thanks for being honest :)

Right, to clear something up. In the opening post, I seemed to have accidentally typed "flat" instead of round. Let's not misunderstand me here, I obviously meant the latter.

Which "Round" are you talking about, the first one or the second one?

kindly explain it so that i can undestand what is what.

We are being kind and respectful to each other now are we?
I'm sorry, I didn't pick that up from your hate filled rants.

and thus your only policy is **give dog bad name and hang it** that is all. so now i also will just leave beating the horse who is already dead. that is all.

I've been told beating dogs and horses makes the meat tastier.

Don't swat any mosquitoes on the way out.

Will someone on here just go to Antartica already and take some photos,
Just don't eat the yellow snow, I hear its radioactive...

So, if anyone hears of a religion that directly worship the creator > please let me know which part of the world can they be found!

Christian Response:

In the beginning was the word, and the word was with God, and the word was God.

God has revealed Himself directly through His Word, seek Him while he may be found.
The means God uses is Faith in Christ, and that faith is given by Him, not earned by us.
We cannot reach God through any other means, mysticism through direct revelation is false.

Some of the nicest people I know at work are Muslims,
They are extremely ethical, genuine and caring people.
I also know a wonderful Vegetarian Krishna Indian who wouldn't hurt a fly.
He won't keep tropical fish because they shouldn't be trapped behind glass.
Back in the day, I knew some brave Anarchist Atheists who sought a better world.
That was in the early eighties, we'd listen to Crass and talk politics.

My Point is this, there are nice people in the world and there are not so nice people.
But everyone must give account to God and if your not in Christ you are in danger.

Just sayin :)

No need to buy it, eternal life costs nothing,

Simon Peter answered him, "Lord, to whom shall we go? You have the words of eternal life.

And costs everything,

He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Questions for flat earthers

Question 3 ought to be: What does the government get out of saying that the earth is round ?

A disposable slave labour force.

Seeing is NOT beliving in this case.
What do the governments achieve by hiding this info?

People see and hear uncanny stuff all the time, this doesn't prove existence.

911 What is the truth?

Governments kill people occasionally so they can make lots of money.
Everyone should be aware of that, its a dangerous world we live in.

I've been following this thread and I must admit this subject brings out the worst in me,
Hard to believe that some people on here actually think it was terrorists.
I was in a pub in Bondi while it was happening and there was a girl in the pub who was cheering, (no joke) I was pretty rude to her at the time, but I kind of understand, she had lost a lot of relatives in her home country so it was an interesting reaction.

Remember, some nations are at war with America and with democracy in general, but 911 remains, and is still, an inside job in my opinion.

Flat Earth General / Re: What is the purpose of the Flat Earth lie?

Is it a psyop to undermine and discredit conspiracy theorists in the event they stumble across something that actually is true?

Why the flat earth lie?

Maybe because the internet has run out of conspiracy theories so its scraping the bottom of the barrel by speaking the truth for once. And besides that, most conspiracy theory folk can't stand FET as it destroys their buisness model. (No reptilians here)

But if I could have a stab at a conspiracy regarding FET how about this one.
Pay some racist Anti Semites lots of money to spread their disgusting racial garbage in amongst their Flat Earth vids so that the populace believes every FET advocate is a nazi.

How's that for a grand theory,,,

However, you should do the same with religions as well. (Yes, all religions, including your current religion).

Do you have a current religious conviction?

Flat Earth General / Re: What is the purpose of the Flat Earth lie?

You flat earth types constantly go on about non FE believers being closed minded and ready to accept whatever is fed to them. The reality is, the reverse is true.

I never said you were close minded, I think you are very open minded.
It obvious that I am not as open minded as you, I do not believe in Aliens.
I'm that guy on the tarmac shouting "Its a Cookbook"

(Actually, it turns out that was a girl shouting that)

Flat Earth General / Re: What is the purpose of the Flat Earth lie?
« on: May 10, 2017, 07:59:00 PM »
I'm with Dutchy,

Those who believe that Alien life is possible have been primed to accept a lie.
Sure, its only my opinion, but if someone swooped down in a spaceship tomorrow my worldview could not account for it, so despite all the evidence to the contrary, I would know its a deception. Those who hold to the possibility of Alien life cannot say the same.

Of course i'm working from a domed model so if a submarine fell out of the sky then I might change my mind.

The sad thing is all you cynical close minded flat heads will shake your heads, cover your eyes, put your fingers in your ears.....and claim its all a giant hoax, evenalthough its all real.

Do you believe in the possibility of Aliens?

Yeaaahhh for meeee  ;D

I wonder if anyone has ever managed to find the original cipher codes.
It would be great to see at least one decoded,

Do you think the Voynich manuscript is similar.
Indecipherable without the original code, or is it just gobblygook?

Sometimes the Nazis show up here, but they get bammed.

Thats great to hear,

Why do you think it is that some people who advocate FET end up going that way???
It seems to be pretty common, they are some of my least favorite people on earth.

I like your thinking on this Intikam, Interesting.

What are your thoughts on King James IV language experiment?

Anyone on here got a theory as to what they are???

I agree with you first link coffeecrisp.  :D

Then again, I'm a Christian, although the Christians who know me now think I'm deluded.

I'm assuming your not an FET advocate so why are you asking the question?

Don't give them (the government) any more ammo,
When I get shot I want to be holding a bunch of flowers.  :-*

I came here from another supposed flat earth site that was promoting questionable racist videos about the bloodlines of the twelve tribes and the origins of the word "Gentile" and all this other garbage. I dont want to be tied up with any of that nonsense so here I am.

I dont know if this forum is the right place to get all testosterony, I'm hoping to get to know some of the shills on here so they can defend me later as an ignorant pacifist. Maybe they'll only cut off my hands and feet.

I do agree that we need to get the word out, and the implications are serious.

How do you suggest we do that without being branded?
