I think the Van Allen Radiation belt isn't just simple radiation. I think there is a literal impenetrable force field that prevents anything we currently have from breaching the 100Km Karmen line of space. This is mostly speculation on my part, but I think we are within a pocket universe that is one big test tube build by aliens. In this way the aliens could have an ideal biodiversity laboratory and a "humane" zoo habitat to appeal to their moral conscious.
Well there was subtle admission that there is an invisible energy shield in the Van Allen radiation that was made last year. As for my "far out" Earth= test tube theory (pun intended) it is massive speculation and logical pondering that fits a lot of circumstantial evidence from history, religion, and alien abduction tales.

The old religions that were right about flat earth also claim that the universe as we know it is in a cube that is a foot rest for the throne of god in terms of scale. If aliens/gods have the means to create energized force fields that surround an entire planet then they apparently have the means to manipulate matter/energy far above our realm of understanding.
If aliens made the huge investment of making a pocket universe cube and spent the time fostering early human civilization to "be fruitful and multiply" then surely they must be seeking a return on their huge capital/time investments. I don't see evidence of them mass-culling human populations for raw food, but I do see evidence of them abducting small numbers of people for genetic material. According to many abductees they even create human-alien hybrids which sounds awfully like the biblical tales of nephillem breeding with women they found fair.
Furthermore Genetic manipulation is something that can never be broken down into a precise manufacture process. When genes are modified chemically there is ALWAYS spillage with unintended consequences. Plus there are countless inter-connected variables when it comes to genes equating to desirable practical traits in an organism. Fact is no army of scientists could ever beat the "infinite monkey therom" of the natural selection and the biological chemical processes at their own games.
Which leads me to my ultimate speculation. That the grand purpose and investment value of a flat earth system created by aliens is to have a grand sperm/egg bank full of surrogate fathers/mothers for countless generations of designer children. IMHO it also explains why "enlightened" Free-masonic groups turn viciously satanic in wrecking the environment and the human species. I think they have reached similar speculative conclusions and have decided to to poison the well out of spite for being trapped lab rats on Flat Earth.
