Given your attire, that must not be a very hard place to reach.
Just a 30 minute hike.

Looks like a pretty cool place for a short hike.
Yes, a very pretty place. Kingman do you live in America? Is so what state (or region if you rather stay vague)? If not, what country?
I live just South of Denver, Colorado. This picture was taken at Castlewood Canyon which is a 30 minute drive from my house out in the plains.

I actually like Anonymous. With all the other stuff the Government should be focusing on, their issues with the internet are unfounded. If this is the only way that the people can fight back, then power to them.

Strangely, I attempt to look at the bigger picture.

The world is drastically over populated. At the present rate of population increase, we will be unable to feed the people quite soon. Pollution, global warming etc should also be factored in as it is governed by the excess population.

The death penalty should be used for any crime now covered by imprisonment. This would have the effect of reducing an excess population, cutting shoplifting, and closing prisons.

I cannot see any disadvantages.
HAHA! The world is drastically overpopulated? What a giant piece of Bullshit! Scientists estimate that the Earth can sustain around 2o billion people. We are at 6 billion and raising 1/2 a billion every decade. That leaves around 200 years before we even have to think about overpopulation.

1) Citation? We're having enough problems sustaining 6.5 billion.

2)Why not reduce population so we could be supported for 400 years?

3)You only advocate thinking about a problem until it's too late?

4)Is this 'sustaining' comfortable life or the life of a starving village in Africa?
!. I don't have one, I learned that the old fashioned way, in school.
2. because there are many other alternatives, such as birth control.
3. No, but why worry about something centuries into the future when there are much greater problems now?
4. Believe it or not, there is a lot of free space on Earth. We are not running out of room.
1. In school you should have learned about bibliographies.
2. How is that working out now? Don't you people advocate abstinence anyhow?
3. Sounds like the attitude that gets us into problems like we have now.
4. Wrong. Unless you count deforestation as one of the problems to deal with later.
Wow Dann. I am not a good enough troll to continue. I have been outclassed.
Don't you say that KingMan, Everybody outclasses me.

Global Warming is a scam.

I will counter this argument using your own logic.

Today it is 70 degrees and it is January. Therefore, global warming is happening.
But here it is 20 degrees. Average it out and we get 45 degrees.

No, 'Global Warming' is a term used to describe the rising average temperature of the planet in recent years. It is a trend in the Earth's climate. CR90 is moaning about the weather.

Just as climate != weather, a rise in the average temperature of the globe != it being consistently warmer everywhere, all the time.
still not true. Data has shown that since 1998 the temperature has been cooling http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/05/02/a_tale_of_two_thermometers/

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Climate#Definition

Quote
Climate(from Ancient Greek klima, meaning inclination) is commonly defined as the weather averaged over a long period of time.[2] The standard averaging period is 30 years

Seriously, it helps to know what climate is if you're going to talk about it.
dude, who the hell doesn't know what climate is? did you here me say climate in my post? I was talking about Global Warming, not Climate change. You are the one stck on Climate change, while I was pointing out that the temperature has been going down.

Also, Wardogg, are you a Texan?  I was just thinking that with you being a Marine, things might get awkward for you if Texas really did decide to secede.  You'd be in the position of Robert E. Lee.

Not by birth.  But I am currently stationed here.  If they had a military secession, I would have to defend the US constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.  Just like in the oath I say every 4 years.
Do you have a lot of free time? Because that would explain why you bother coming here.

Geez, the the film has reached over $1 billion in gross revenue just after 17 days.

Well lucky for him since he spent like 600 million making/marketing the movie .. so is the profit really that large compared to the cost?
400 million? chump change.

It's called 'climate' change for a reason you know. Over here they teach you how to distinguish between 'weather' and 'climate' in primary school.
Actually, they changed it from Global Warming to climate change because they realized that it has actually stopped warming. I'm not taking sides, it's just a fact.

Anyways, religion is something that grants people a feeling of purpose, security, and ultimately happiness.
I call bullshit

It doesnt?
No. In fact, My faith is the cause of my greatest fear. I won't tell you what it is, but it's not the obvious one of going to hell.

So if you don't get the feeling of security, purpose etc from religion and your still not an atheist then the only thing left is that you fear gods punishment? God clearly doesn't do shit in our current lives and so if you don't believe in hell then theres nothing to fear.
If you knew my faith you would know my fear. But you don't, so you don't.
Well it would be nice if you actually just told us... there aren't many major religions around, and the only big threat they pose is no afterlife/hell. You believe your going to come back as an ant? I have nothing to fear from any religion including yours, because if we reviewed the evidence and logic, it would fall apart.
It's not any secret that I'm a Christian.

No doubt any theist thats presented with this would say something along the lines of "this survey was probably made by atheists and is biased. show me the evidence that its real and unbiased!" At least this is what i here from 90% of theists when i present them with surveys that show atheists are far less likely to go to jail etc. Its ironic, hearing theists ask for evidence of transitional fossils, unbiased surveys, etc and then they unquestioningly follow their god.
You sound more anti religion than atheist. Why is that?
I am pretty anti religious because it really fucks people up sometimes. Ive heard plenty of theists say things like "if theres no god then i'd have no moral responsibility and would kill if i had the urge". Then there are the Muslim countries, which COULD be morally acceptable countries IF they weren't religious. Religion does more bad than good in the end.
Well, I am going to be honest. I have seen this argument dozens of times. And I will also admit I have tried to argue against it. But I have learned my lesson, that you will not change your mind. So I will not continue the conversation.
You might as well give it a shot lol. I realise that some people seem to need religion in their life to keep them sane, and morally acceptable, but i think that if religion was abolished then humanity could be moral because they chose to be good instead of choosing to be moral because otherwise they'll go to hell. I think it would teach humanity to be kinder and more loving.
It would be pointless for me to try. I don't need to believe in God, but I believe he does exist anyways, so why would I ignore it?  If you could somehow prove God didn't exist, I would probably believe you. But I have seen evidence only in it's favor so thats what I believe. I would say that I know God exists, but then You guys would try and jump all over me.

Well honestly I may as well jump all over you right there when you say "I have seen evidence only in it's favor". Please show me this evidence, I would love it if a god was real and there was evidence for it.
Oh no. I'm not letting you rope me into a religious debate.

Oh, the irony.
Oh the stupidity. Seriously, you're stupid.

LOL

You're saying that to someone who has won the national science olympiad at the age of 12, graduated with honors and regents distinction at 17, and has a degree in electrical and computer science, as well as A+ certification, and a minor in theology. Oh, and a girlfriend who's hotter than anything you could ever get, twinkieboy.

So again, oh the irony.

(Refer to bolded part)
Really? You should ask her to stay away from the twinkies. Please prove the giant part.
