So since most of the bickering over specifically the Earth just ends up with the FET's trolling trying to twist words and stray the conversation into an argument, I would like to ask the question of the beliefs of FET's about aliens, the universe itself, and maybe even the origins of the world. I guess in order of what i had aforementioned I would ask, if and I quote "Earth is not a planet", and it is indeed a flat disk, does that give us some kind of ultimatum that we are indeed the superior rulers of the space around us? (Starting to sound like religious beliefs). What makes Earth so special when referred to the entirety of the rest of the universe? I'll try to stay away from specifics such as calling our section of the universe the Milky Way Galaxy because I'll be trolled that NASA obviously made that up. What caused the unique forming of our "plane" in comparison to the other planets? At least in reference to a sphere (I in no way shape or form claim to be the most intelligent person here, this is merely speculation), and the idea of gravity, a constant spin on ones axis combined with the gravity pulling from the sources in the universe I can make sense of a sphere forming out of such idealisms, but my mind can no more wrap around the fact that the Earth naturally, from a scientific stand point, could have begun as a perfectly (perfectly in reference to a base, excluding mountains, etc.) shaped disc that spreads infinitely? Anyone with a Telescope can tell there are other planets out there, why was our plane of existence given such a unique basis when there could very much be other life in other areas of the universe?
TL;DR.
Why is Earth special, when aliens can exist on the other "non-favored"(non favored as in not flat) planets, is this just some sort of prideful expression of dominance over our universe?
How can a flat disc physically form in the universe, without the act of God, or some other supreme being, I'm saying the raw materials needed for a plane of existence to be shaped by its environment to be formed in such a way. (Don't tell me its always been like that).
Let me know what you think.
