Flat Earth Q&A / Someone broke the shadows!

I think someone broke the shadows here in europe. Since we have summer atm, every object should cast nearly no shadow at all:



But something is wrong. Today, I saw the shadows very clearly!

What happened? Who broke it? The government? The NASA? The giant spaghetti monster???

I've read the FAQ, but I got some questions that haven't been answered:

1. Where do metroids come from and why are them "thrown" at the earth?
2. How come, that you can see the horizon bend, when you are at the seaside? (From ships far away, you only can see the top, but you can see farther, if you are standing at the top of a tower.)
3. How did they fake the transit of the venus back in 2004? I saw it by myself and it looked pretty convincing.
4. How does GPS, satellite-television/internet/phone work?
5. Why does a flight from NY to Berlin take about the same time as a flight to Sao Paolo? It should be more than 3 times longer.
6. Where does the coriolis-effect come from? (Trade winds, Jet streams)
