These three guys did what the goverment couldn't do. They made a working health care website.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Can you answer of some my questions
« on: April 26, 2012, 08:19:19 AM »
I'll take a stab at this....

1. The FES says that the launchs are real. Just space flight is faked.

2. This is kind of a silly question. Who wouldn't take the offer?

3. I guess no pics because no one has been to the Ice Wall.

4. Maybe we would float away.

5. Some say money. That it is cheeper to fake a space program than to have a real one.

I'll have to read more about his report going missing but do you realy think that smart people can't have a stupid moment?

Former NASA employee Thomas Baron testified before Congress that NASA was running a false space program. He was murdered exactly one week after his testimony.

People get stupid when it comes to train crossings. I have seen first had people tring to beat the train to the crossing. I also see almost everyday traffic backed up with cars stoping on the tracks. Knowing this it is just as posible that he was trying to beat the train at the crossing.

It's also proof of UA. You can't use a simple test like that to prove or disprove anything except that when you drop something it falls.

Hacking a web site isn't free speech it's vandalism.

Philosophy, Religion & Society / Re: Iran's nuclear programs
« on: February 05, 2012, 01:20:44 PM »
I remember a statement by Ahmadinejad a year or two ago saying that he was going to nuke Israel.

Then you remember wrong because that never happened

There is still a lack of evidence that Iran is even looking to make a nuke.

John hasn't given up anything. His Flat Earth can have gravity.

A bit late for this but still fun to watch

You seem to be missing my point. What I've been trying to say, and I believe I was making myself clear, is that I see no "illusion" whatsoever in this picture. It's perfectly still, no matter how long I stare at it, or squint my eyes. What is it that I'm supposed to see?

Ahh I see. You may have been clear but it was lost on me. Maybe you are color blind? I ask this because seeing the color is nesscery for it to work. Also if I stare it will not work. I have to move my eyes around the pic a bit to make the illusion work. It should look like the color wheels are turning.

14
Yes, that is why it is called a illusion.

15
I did not say it was moving. I said it looked like it was moving.

16
The word you are looking for is sensitive not accurate. Acordeing to the link our eye is sensitive enough to see a single photon but not very likely.
A quote from the article "neural filters only allow a signal to pass to the brain to trigger a conscious response when at least about five to nine arrive within less than 100 ms."

17
But when I look at the apple it doesn't look like it is moveing like the OP pic. I think the point is the human eye is easily tricked and not to be relied on for the arguement it looks flat therefore it is.

I agree with Thork. I see their website pop up everytime I google "Flat Earth" It has always peeked my interest but never really looked into it. I wonder if I can get it somewhere around me.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Flat earth?? Not a cylinder earth?
« on: October 08, 2011, 07:48:33 AM »
I'm not saying that the Earth is not a cylinder but I'm also not saying it is. It just doesn't have to be acording to the OP. I also think the term Flat Earth means the general shape of the top surface not the over all shape. That may never be known.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Flat earth?? Not a cylinder earth?
« on: October 08, 2011, 07:16:30 AM »
Flat earthers say that they live on the flat earth, but its not true, because we can dig down and the earth is accelatic up at speed of 9,81m/s"2 this means that earth is atlast a cylinder.
No it doesn't.  Why would the Earth need to be a cylinder in order to dig or be accelerated.  The Earth would still be a 3d object.

witch is guarded by a goverments

Who is this witch and why would she need to be gaurded by a "goverments"? Couldn't she just use her magic to protect herself?

Flat Earth Debate / Re: A Common Language for the Forum

I gave you the source. The source is the Wright Brothers.

How about a link to documented proof the Wright brothers said that.

23
The John Davis model? The model John Davis supports and all the other FErs don't? Why is he correct and the rest all wrong?
If you are going to go with the majority is right then FE is false.

24
Well I could say the important fact in FE is that UA exists.

What's the difference?
You could say that but you would be wrong. The John Davis model says gravity is real.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Centripetal Acceleration and Weight

They are going to claim those pics are fake. There was a pic of the ISS doing the same thing and it was said to be a close up of a orange with the ISS etched into it some how.

The role of this littoral cable as an article of globular propaganda is, as so often in the style of the Conspiracy, revealed by an unholy anagram.

Tyco's corporate motto ( http://www.tyco.com ) "A Vital Part of Your World", confers a secret message specifically about this very cable we are talking about, their raison d'etre - it spells "Ropy Littoral Vow: A Fraud".  Now "ropy" is clearly a play on words here, because the "rope" is the cable itself, but the measurements are clearly "ropy".

The only evidence anagrams provide is that you can rearrange the letters of a word to make something new.

not sure what you are getting at here. the fact he is fascinated with plans but isn't sure on which type of mig he took his ride in?

Cumulative inconsistencies.

And he didn't even bother to ask?  Please.

I don't think there is any inconsistencies in being fascinated by plans but not knowing what model of mig he says he was in. Being fascinated does not make him an expert and if I were in his place with all the excitment all I would remember  is I took a ride in a mig and not what kind it was.

28
;D
...
While visiting him he arranged a Mig-25 flight for me to ride along for fun because he knows im fascinated by planes.

i BELIEVE it was a MiG-25RB from the looks but i didnt ask anyone

This thread went down in flames, bought the farm and snuffed it.

Flat Earth General / Re: The Moon's Effect on the Economy
« on: July 22, 2011, 07:17:02 AM »
Wasn't it Pongo who originally came up with the notion of moonshrimp?

James claims to have come up with the moonshrimp theory.

I think James came up with shrimp-like bacteria not moon shrimp

It's another name for shrimplike bacteria.
I beleave they are 2 different theorys.
