A very in depth and intelligent study of a vital topic.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Gravity/gravitation?
« on: August 17, 2010, 03:22:08 PM »
Well I sure did not expect such a storm over a simple statement of fact. But I admit that I ought to have been more precise in my references. My bad.Sorry.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Gravity/gravitation?
« on: August 16, 2010, 06:57:05 PM »
There are RE proponents who question the existence of gravity. There was an article in the New York Times about this a couple of weeks ago.

I agree with johnson17.

Hey now that is definately true!By NO MEANS has FES stalled! Now more than  any time I can remember  people are ready and willing to listen to our point of view!Sure there will always be haters who are narrow minded and bigoted but we know how to deal with them.

Flat Earth General / Re: Why RE will never win here
« on: August 01, 2010, 10:39:09 PM »
As a Flat Earth Believer I can only say that the Truth always has and will prevail. With all due respect to RE's.

Happy Birthday  Daniel!

Flat Earth General / Re: The Conspiracy is ridiculous.
« on: July 22, 2010, 04:47:57 PM »
The purpose of the conspiracy is not to hide the shape of the earth.

The purpose of the conspiracy is to fake the concept of space travel for military and, perhaps, patriotic purposes.
That could be true.It is one possibilty. The entire military complex surely benefits from the tax money going into "SPACE PROGRAMS"[sic] and it has been good for keeping the masses amused.Every"live broadcast from space" should have a ticker at the bottom that reads FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.

Philosophy, Religion & Society / Re: I have a question or two
« on: July 19, 2010, 08:40:58 PM »
Do  you all believe in a higher power that created a flat earth as noted in the Holy Bible?  I accept the flat earth model based on science and reason rather than relgious conviction.

I know that the Earth is Flat from observation, from reason and from scripture primarily the ancient Book of Enoch.

Quote from: John Davis
I don't have the resources at this time to start up additional projects beyond this and my book.
You're writing a book?

By the way, is Clovis yet a member of the True Believer forum?

CLOVIS is here and most certainly a TRUE BELIEVER!I have been out fighting the globularists on varied sites and offline. But I am with you and a member of FES ! ORTHODOXY OR DEATH!

The Old Testament is fulfilled in the New Testament. The Old Testament ,with its types and shadows,is actuated by the coming of Christ. I say this as an Orthodox Christian.

Flat Earth General / Re: Idea: Start a University
« on: January 26, 2010, 10:20:17 AM »
I would support a Flat Earth university. Good idea,Tom.

Ruin98 your "teacher" is either:
A]A brainwashed parrot who repeats the party line she or he has been indoctrinated in from childhood up;
B]A poor misguided but well intentioned person who, like a senile or poorly educated elderly relative, kindness dictates we endure but ignore;
C]A deliberate liar .

As for what sience teaches I cannot answer. To be frank I have never heard of that field of study. But science has not proven that the Earth is not flat anymore than it has proven "global" warming[SIC].There are reasonable and decent people on both sides of the issue. What is unreasonable and downright indecent is when the public education system bleeds taxpayers dry, including Flat Earthers, and teach our children and grandchildren Globularism and refuse to give our side a fair hearing.

Suggestions & Concerns / Re: Donations
« on: January 25, 2010, 10:06:26 AM »
Giving to a local homeless shelter in the name of The Flat Earth Society would be a way of helping people in need and bringing notice to the Society.

Announcements / Re: Off-Site Harrassment

Thank you for this information. Most Flat Earthers are harrassed in some form or other but actual threats are a step beyond the normal verbal abuse.

I remember buying that tape years ago and playing it to death!Someplace I read that he had denied being a FE'er.But maybe he was misquoted or maybe he has become more open to the idea.Anyway it appears his song has been something of an inspiration to many who definately are FE'ers!

 Splendid idea!

Maybe as time passes and more Americans see through NASA they will be foced to disband. Now that   would be a dream come true:A  world without NASA!

« on: October 20, 2009, 11:50:37 AM »
The thought has occurred to me for some time:Maybe those of us who are convinced Flat Earthers  ought to consider holding a conference where we could become acqainted and form an alliance. Just an idea and it may or not be feasible. Would like some input from other Flat Earthers on this idea. Thanks.
