:wink: Eh, Xargon, you're trying very hard to pretend, but you can't fool me !. You know the Hearth is FLAT ! . You're only saying it's round because. But I gotcha ! .
I wil explain -not for you, that already know- that the Flat gravity is caused by the enormous density of matter necessary to concentrate all that mass into a very thin disc. Its an assimetrical gradient that flakes a little at the edges. That's what causes a distortion of the space-time continuum and changes the measurement units au fur et a mesure you move towards the edges, causing you to believe it's round. But don't; it's only your perception of reality that is wrong. Time also changes; when reaching the edge null time happens and you get instantly transported to the diametrally opposite edge. See?.
Long time ago, a Roman Empire officer here in Spain was manning the watchtowers along the Mediteranean coast, and he noticed that the optical signals did overtake the setting sun. He wrongly deduced that it was due to the fact of the Earth being spherical and turning around the Sun, instead of the opposite, as was then believed. WRONGO !!! That's an holographic effect, pure and simple. The light reflected on the force plane that upholds the Moon gets polarized and confused and takes a longer time to reach near objects than far ones, opposite what is usually believed. See, see?. By the way, nobody believed our Roman officer and he was forced into a drunk bachanal that killed him.

Everybody knows that the magnetic field is NOT parallel to the Hearth's
surface. It is progressively more inclinated as you go near the diameter of the Hearth disc usually called Equator. So what ?. That little needle can do whatever it pleases, the Hearth is still FLAT.

« on: August 21, 2005, 01:31:30 PM » The Hearth is a DISC. Same for the Moon and the planets. You take pics of DISCS they look the same as Spheres. Distances on maps change because the measurement units change when you displace them over the Hearth DISC. When you go around in the spatial station you're ingravid because the flat centrifugal force equals the flat gravity gradient and you follow the same trajectory than the station shell, thus you're ingravid relative to it. You can't see beyon the horizon because the flat gravity is so intense it bends your line of sight, same as the shell's and balistic missiles trajectory and thus you must take it into account if you wanna hit the target. The Moon is flat too, and the Moon landing wasn't faked as you said, only some points were misinterpreted. Of course the Moon disc moves on a flat surface, parallel to the Hearth disc, that's why it always shows the same face to us. The Sun disc moves on another plane and that causes the light to catch the Moon disc kinda sideways, sometimes, or even from the back.
If you pretend to demonstrate such a outrageous theory as the Hearth being round, you must do it S-C-I-E-N-T-I-F-I-C-A-L-L-Y . With serious arguments. Not all that blabberdash of spheres and such. I mean, if Hearth was round, all loose objects would fall, wouldn't they?.

Rich, you're almost right. Our minds do not make THE reality, because there's no such thing as a single reality, but rather direct us to the reality we select each instant, thus allowing free will. It goes like that :
- In the beginning, there was a single incertainity quantum. Reality just could'nt decide left or right, so choose BOTH, thus creating two reality lines. Each reality line forked, and forked, and forked...
- We get infinite reality lines, existing out of what we call time, that is only our flawed perception of the entropy flux; imagine an spagetti dish gone crazy. Each entropy flow quantum, infinite reality lines are created, by the forking of the already created ones.
- Our free will creates our reality by selecting the forkings we'll follow. But mind, truly we choose both sides of the uncertainity quantum solution,
so there's an infitivy of each one of us; only we aren't aware of all the others, following different reality lines.
Do you get my meaning?.

But flatman, all the pics you show depict a flat, circulat Earth! . You're just contradicting yourself.
