Ever thought that degredation via sin was devolution? You WERE perfect. Thats what I am saying. Those parts could be a remnant from what you once were as close to being like the angels. You were told you were formed in the image of god, but sin took you away from being perfect like that. You dont know about gods anatomy, do you? *snickers*

What a jerk he must be if he's so conceited in his perfection that he creates people to worship him.  What do you mean by "serve"?  What the hell does he expect us to do?  He can do anything!  What need does he have for us?

Dont you think being the only being in the universe that was is and always will be would be kind of.... lonly? Being a king with no subjects is like being the only ant in an ants nest. Who knows? we could all be a part of a big game set up between thousands of gods called "Who can create the most perfect race of creatures within seven days and then let the darkness take it over and watch it slowly wither away and die?" *snickers* that would be funny. Considering thats pretty much what happened, aside from he was the only god in the univers, as far as he has said...

Aside from that, there is no way I can tell which religion to follow there are so many.  If God wants to damn everyone who doesn't follow the religion (or people who are misled by the devil which he created--what kind of sense does that make?  He gives us no true way to judge which is the religion, and then screws us over with damnation afterward), or wants to damn me for being an honest skeptic, then fuck him.

In a scence all the religions are true. They have almost all spawned from the one there was in the beggining. The 'true' relegion as it were. Yes, God created the devil, but he created the devil as the most perfect and beautifull of the angels. Because of that darkness was able to take over and made him think was better then god. Hence the downfall. Lucifer is really no problem if you ignor him.

There clearly was no intelligent designer of the universe.  Not only is there no evidence to suggest that that was the case, but life on Earth is clearly not perfect.

The failure of man to protect itself from sin, and in effect, sinning himself, caused the degradation of creation. Its like adding sand to water. You get mud. -_-

As for mastercheifs quetsion, I said earlier, Im not even supposed to be telling you all this enlightenment. You really think I would be allowed to give you proof?

The ability to live forever? I mean really, you earth dwellers and your animals are the only beings in the universe without that ability. Surely you would want it back? *snickers again*

Surely if Hell exists, God cannot possibly be Omnibenevolent, or even "nice" at all.  A find it hard to believe that someone could willingly comdemn someone to eternal suffering. Surely if it was in your power you would give everyone paradise.
And if God isnt omnibenevolent, then you're worshipping a God who is basically a bit of an ass.

Again, Eternity is a long time.  Also, once you understand what's going on, I can't imagine it would be too much worse than watching a horror movie.

That's why "eternal damnation" is so ridiculous.  People who are truly evil won't gain a thing from the torture, and people who learn their lesson quickly are stuck there forever.  There's not much point in it.

God used Evolution to create the universe. The big bang was a result of Gods almighty power. The thousands of years between the creation and the flood many species died and went under the sand and made a new layer of earth for your fossils to be layed on. Repeat the process several times and you get your layers of fossils that are appariently millions of years old. Tch, Talae...

For this, my fifth post, I only read the opening post. You may call it noobish of me or some such, but I think I only need to adress this post directly.

Let's see the various reasons. Why would aliens want to come here?

1. Researching our species.

Indeed. We reaserch you. We find your antics quiet humorous and entertaining.

2. Destroying the world and using it for themselves.

What the heck? Thats barbaric! That like.... something a human would do. o.o

3. Creating a human-alien hybrid.

Messing with genes and such is Gods job, not ours. IF told to DIRECTLY by him, in the event he is too busy with other worlds, to create a new specie, then we would use our technology to do such, but since he is omnipotent, we rarely need to do such. We keep the tech there for 'just in case' scenarios.

The Kakapo is a flightless green bird native to New Zealand. It is an endangered species...

"All surviving Kakapo are kept on two predator-free islands, Chalky Island in southwest Fiordland and Codfish Island near Stewart Island, where they are closely monitored."

Assuming that the first reason is correct, this means that our species is in the same unfortunate scenario.

It is true that humans are an endangered race, only having one world to your name, and then an ancient starfleet out in the zecrolang nebula. But we neither care for this nor keep you under that kind of watch. We watch you for fun. *smirks*

However, since the aliens are capable of long-distance space travel, they must be many millions of years more advanced than us, much more than the Kakapo. Maybe they assume we're just a bunch of insignificant living organisms in a intergalactic petri dish.

...No arguments there. *smiles warmly*

In actual fact, I do believe in the existence of aliens. Albiet, I think of aliens as single-celled organisms floating in pools of hydrogen peroxide rather than the science fiction-inspired "little green men".

Little green men? where the heck did you get that concept from? We are more brown in color, sometimes white, black... But thats only our fur. And we more closly resemble a few of the smaller mammals from your world then you humans, so the term 'men' can be taken out of the equation. *snickers*

Hmmm.... I would probably get the award for most quotes coming from one post award with this...

As a higher being who only speaks the truth because he knows all and sees all, I can tell you, THE BIBLE WAS WRITTEN BY HUMANS! God gave humans the words to write, and they wrote it in a way they thought everyone else would understand it. Through translation and translation humans have made it obscure and inacurite from the origional. It is basicly what you intereperate it as. But the only knowledge you talae need is that God does exist, and he sent his child down to save you from yourselves. You should be greatfull.

Myself, being a smart alien higher being, read only the first few posts of this thread to get the whole thing downloaded into my cranium. Basicly you all think we would not attack? Well you are right there. We have spent many millenia studying your race. We have predicted that if God doesnt come down and wipe you out - AGAIN I might add - then you are pretty much going to wipe yourselves out within the next few hundred years. Other then our fear of you taking us out in the process you pretty much have nothing to worry about from us. We just like watching you for ammusment. And trust me - your race is halarious to watch.

Ovcourse Japanese are more intelegent then Australians. They are more intelegent then any other race on your little backwater world.
I am a legal alien, if you must know. Legally though, I should not be on earth telling you these things. But I thought I might as well, since none of you blasphemers will beleive me anyway. I have no idea why God made your race. You were doomed to denie him and rot in your own sin. GASP you all say. God exists?! Well, dah! He talks to us all the time. America does not exist. Come to think of it, nor does Iraq. Nor Malasia... Nor France, Germany, Nerderlands, Greenland, North Korea, South Korea, Africa, infact....
