Actually, the FAQ does address those issues that you brought up.  So while we appreciate your curiosity and straightforwardness, read the FAQ first and then come bring out ideas that haven't been addressed yet, or issues you may have found there.  A good debate is always welcome!

I bet you lose patience after awhile, though.  I've been here all of 2 days and I've already seen dozens of these threads.  It must get old fast.

I do think it seems worse now because of technology, but what about Kitty Genovese in the 60's?  Surely that is worse than this, even if they did facebook it.

It's basically a shit form of Rugby.

We admit, it is. It's a more lenient form of rugby with protective gear with play that stops every thirty seconds.

In a three-hour NFL game, there are, on average, eleven minutes of actual football.

Everyone always says baseball is boring, but football is awful (maybe it would help if I knew what was going on, though.)

Only seen it once in IMAX, quite good there.  I am now overdue to see it again, surround sound on...

That must have been great.  I've only been to an IMAX once, to see a conspiracy propaganda "documentary" about the Hubble Telescope.  Narrated by Leonard DiCaprio!
