Well then, what about my brain theory? Can you prove to me that there is a brain? Short of first-hand experience, no, and then when you told me about it, I could just say that you were part of the conspiracy too. That they'd just brainwashed you into thinking that you'd seen a brain, because I still haven't, so obviously it doesn't exist.

Your penis doesn't exist either.

Dr, can you please explain crop circles? It probably has something to do with the nuclear flow of envelope cutters.

The flights cost around 10 grand, id say its a small price to pay to reveal the truth.

Tell that to President "I think I'll spend a lot of money on unneccesary wars."

What would you say?

"Uh, mr. president? I think we'll need money. And we need to rent out wonnadem M-18493924 Jet thingies."

"Why?"

"Cuz I wanna see the ice wall at the end of the earth."

He'd probably laugh at you and then call security, because you're in the oval office, and you've discovered the top secret conspiracy.

P.S. Why is the Moon CALLED the Moon?

That's simple. If it were called something else (Like the spooglespoink) the it'd be so awkward.

COMPARE
"honey, there's a full moon out today"
"honey, there's a full spooglespoink out today"

see? the first is so much better.

But i digress.

No you don't, you actually try to be funny, but fail dismally...

The correct answer is of course because of the period of time it takes to go ROUND the Earth, namely approximately a MONTH...

there are so many other words that could round off to moon. How do you know it's approximated for month? And even if the moon cycle is every month (which it is) why must you say the cycle is because it goes AROUND the earth?

but if we showed them like actually showed them where it was how it lookd, then how could they possible refute it?, i mean we could actually show them EVIDENCE how could they then still deny it?

they could say we photoshopped it.

then we need to get this on tape and get enough people either by petioning universites for funding or just writing to local authorites and newpapers en masse to get enough people to accept these facts.
People don't want to accept these facts, cuz they're stupid and they'll make up facts in order to prove that the earth is round.

you're tittering now.

But no one will be laughing when I launch a satellite into space and take a picture of the flat thing we love that we call the earth! Bwahahahahahaha! Then all will be revealed! Everyone will know the earth is flat!

... I just need 100 million dollars first.

Anyone wish to donate?

how do you know it's not there?

The earth is flat.

And it's bent. A sheet of paper bent into an arch provides the same reasoning as the earth. If you were on a spot on that piece of paper, the paper around you may see round or spherical. BUT it's not. It's simply not completely straight.

This is impossible, as the effect is the same all parts under the sky, which means that the shape must be a constant throughout the Earth. A constant dome is a sphere.

Um... excuse me guys... -.-

But there's a very logical explanation to all this: the earth IS flat. It's just tilted.

Have you ever tried rolling a marble across a slanted surface? It doesn't go straight, I tell you that. :O

Wouldn't that also explain the cannon? OMG!

Ok an navy gun ship can fire over 30 miles ok? Please...

and rick, Its a known fact I dont know what else to say about it other than Ive watched documentaries in history class. Im sorry there isnt anything I could find about earths rotation and gun ship aiming. I guess because I couldnt find anything about it not being true you cant say it isnt

ok after seeing gfxus last post im done arguing with you people, you obviously dont have the capacity to comprehend simple statements.

If kevin had that kind of willy, he'd be able to pee through a donut hole 30 miles away! wowsers!

Does the earth rotate in the FE theory? If not why do cannons have to shoot to the right or left of there target to make up for the earths spin?

:)

Any examples?

Navy ships used to have to aim their huges cannons way left every time (or right not sure) of the target in order to get a direct hit

they aim right cuz they all have lazy eye.

it's not a constant dome. it's just like a little playground jungle gym structure. it's just like a tense little drop of water. which is why we should stop littering, because excess noise pollution can damage the sky.
