okay let's leave the proving of faked pictures for now

you said that NASA's motive is money, why in the world would people who have dedicated their lives to learn and discover the outerspace and percieve in the mysteries of the cosomos sellout their integrity, that is not a reasonable decision to make, they get payed millions as it is.

and even more-so how would they make money by falsifying claims of the earth actually being flat ?

Wow it's kind of unreal to debate with you guys , that can be said about anything , HOW DO WE KNOW THAT IT'S TRUE OMFG !?! I guess we're all gonna have to become physics professors and come to the conclusions ourselves since we can't trust anyone and everything is a conspiracy.

How?
Mountains are created by Techtonic plates colliding.
If you don't believe in plates. You don't believe in mountains.
and also, earthquakes?

Quote
They are accelerating with us along with every other celestial body.
So then, if the earth is flat and all the planets are moving in the same direction, where does the sun go when it sinks?
As far as reality is concerned it goes to the opposite side of the world. But if we're on one surface, would we not see it at the same time? and would our flat world not have to be rotating for it to disapear at all?

Quote
Sure. Whatever you say.
lol. The reason you don't believe me is because it would disprove your theory right?
Well then, since I know it is true, I therefor know for a fact that the theory is fake.

Quote
It is either a finite cylinder or an infinite plain depending upon which particular theory one subscribes to.
I don't understand.  How is the earth a cylinder? or an infinite plain?

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: Measuring the flat earth
« on: February 02, 2009, 01:13:16 AM »
Ofcourse it's unknown , the earth is round.
As in a disc or cylinder, correct.

Pics or it didn't happen.
Pictures are inadmissible as evidence.

Well then you're fucked , cause you don't even have that.
I don't need pictures. The flatness of the earth may be experienced firsthand.

Yeah that's why you gotta stop smoking that crackrock, put your pipe down, and be reasonable.
Look out your window.

If you haven noticed yet , the earth is quite many sq. kilometers.
Your point?

The point is if the world would be a lot of times smaller in diameter you would see it curve.
Do you have any evidence to support your outlandish claims?

I don't need to read a fucking book to know that the earth is round , and probably if you'd show me pictures of the earth being flat , I'd be as ignorant as you and say "SHOOPED".

No it isn't. It would be finding proof that God exists (lol) and coming to the conclusion that those who say otherwise are either misinformed or lying. It isn't the proof, it's the conclusion drawn from proof.

What the hell does God have to do with this , oh yeah right my bad , believing in God is as good as believing that the earth is flat , because there's no proof to back up existance of these things. Conclusion drawn from which proof exactly ?

Quotefail, and Columbus was more than 500 years ago.

500 - 550 that's a HUGE gap , 50 years , that's almost as long as it took the ice wall to form!

Logic. The Earth is flat, ergo anyone who says otherwise is either misinformed or lying. NASA can't be misinformed, given their claims, so they must be lying.

That's not proof / fact , just another theory. It's like saying , God exists and everyone who thinks otherwise is a moron.

If there isn't a single evidence how can you even claim it exists.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: So, if the earth is flat then..?

Throughout all of human history the greatest minds of the day have been wrong about nearly everything.

For example, only 400 years ago everyone thought that witches existed.

And only 400 years ago everyone thought that the earth was flat. Touche ?

No people still believed the earth was flat in the 15th century.

People just ran out of theories so they made up some complete bs to try and confuse the public. Somewhat like scientology only without the prophits.

Flat Earth Q&A / Hello round earthers
« on: January 31, 2009, 04:37:40 PM »
Hey I found this site , and it's seems rather interesting that you guys believe this,

I myself have sailed a yacht from the Indian Ocean through the South Pacific all the way to Peru, and never encountered any signs of a giant ice wall or anything near that , now I'm quite curious , I read the FAQ but there are still some questions I would like to ask , for example , how did the ice wall form ? was it built by the so called 'conspiracy' or did it form naturally , oh and and what about the man who on his (I think it was) 70th birthday took a trip around the world in a space ship, was he part of the government conspiracy as well ? I mean the theory of the earth actually being flat is quite simple to prove , you just take a trip to the location where the ice wall should be , and if it's not there , then you should stop imagining things.
