Commuting with empty seats isn't a problem as long as you name the seats and get paid for them by NASA.

So you tell us the route you would fly if you were the pilot

It appears to me that no amount of information that FE's require to prove a RE is sufficient.  You say black they say blue, you say up thay say sideways.  I sure hope none of them have jobs that are critial to anything that might require serious thinking or in a position to make policy.

The ancient Greeks calculated the rough shape of the earth with rulers, shawdows and maths. Anyone with a curiosity to know  can perform this experiment and get the same results.

For those on the FE side show me the maths!

Flat Earth Debate / Challenge
« on: October 29, 2025, 06:19:11 AM »
I would like a true Flat Eather to show me how you calculate the distance to the sun and the moon, along with their approximate size.  Also show me calculations that are used to determine that the earth is flat and how I find my location on this here flat earth.

One caveat, you cannot use any science or physics books since you do not believe in their science. You, also, can't use some blurry photographs since you also don't trust photographs.

Lastly I need to be able to use your formulas to make the calculations myself.

Flat Earth Debate / Photographs
« on: September 25, 2025, 07:39:38 AM »
In the Flat Earth FAQ, accessed from the Flat Earth Society Homepage, there is a statement that reads: "In general, we at the Flat Earth Society do not lend much credibility to photographic evidence." even though it seems that "nearly ALL your proof" relies on the very photographs you say can be manipulated.

Care to explain how that works?

Flat Earth Debate / Im new here
« on: September 23, 2025, 10:06:35 AM »
I am new to this theory and have a couple of questions that need answers:

1.  Why does the shadow of the sundial move in opposite directions north or south of the equator?

2.  Why do tropical storms spin in opposite directions north or south of the equator?

3.  How can I as a person measure the distance of the sun and moon from my location here on earth? What equipment and calculations are used.

4.  How can I as a person measure the diameter of the sun and moon from my location here on earth? What equipment and calculations are used.

Sorry I needed to modify these questions.

Questions 3 and 4 are for flat earth proponents, specifically.  Ive seen the way it is done now and want to know how flat earth scientists do it.

My question is, what have we as humans built that would require us to take in the curvature of the earth into account?
