Flat Earth Q&A / Re: satellites... and moar!

"Moar" in the Flat Earth Society may only refer to member-written literature. Please do not pervert it's meaning.
Moar is an internet meme. The flat earth society does not own it.

Flat Earth Q&A / Re: What do FErs think of Google Earth?

I don't take fiction seriously. If I did I would be more likely to believe in Harry Potter than Jesus Christ.

Besides, wouldn't it be easier to not make Google Earth than make it and waste the money on plane fuel and shit?
lol, +1.

Yes, of course. Using planes to take pictures of nearly all land on earth would be extremely impractical.

But based on the FE theory, satellites don't make sense to even orbit at all.
No orbital space flight is impossible - that's why the sattelites are crashing. It's so obvious.
*sigh* But then how do we have satellites? (See my first post to see why I believe we do have satellites, If you believe differently, tell me how we don't.)

Falling to the Earth does not constitute sustained orbit.
But based on the FE theory, satellites don't make sense to even orbit at all.

NASA and russia worked together to make teflon for cooking purposes...with the profit of selling these rights they made a sattelite and let it crash on numerous plases into the earth, seen by common people.

Dah that was an easy one
LOL  :o It all makes sense now!

Flat Earth Q&A / satellites... and moar!

I know this is mentioned in the FAQs, but satellites have fallen to the earth again. If there are no satellites, how would they fall to the earth?

If this is faked as well, then why? There cannot be a reason to fake a satellite falling to the earth.

Someone mentioned in another topic that the Russia discovered the earth was flat. What about Sputnick(sp?)? It was the first man made satellite. Russia was not the country trying to cover up the FE "fact" that the earth is, in fact, flat.

There is also the problem of getting into space, because they were assuming the earth was round, and rotating at a certain rate, if the earth is flat, and is not rotating, space travel would not work the way they expected, and would be a miserable failure.

EDIT: Also, how are some satellites visible from earth if they are not there?
