Title: Handycap Parking . . .
Post by: Bullwinkle on November 16, 2020, 04:05:01 PM
Bitch in front of me stuffs her car in the blue spot. No handicap license plate, no rear view mirror placard.

Kwnt.

I parked behind her SUV while she got out of her car and skipped into the store.
I finish shopping and come out to find her spinning tight circles and spewing vulgarities.

I told her she could call the police and receive a $275 fine or give me $60.

She pouted a few minutes and then paid me.   ;D

Why $60? I would have gone with the request of a Franklin.

And who the hell is carrying $60 in cash in 2020?  I would have had to ask for bitcoin address or something.

No one is carrying cash, so my thought is that he went with $60 as he forced her to the ATM and she extracted the amount in standard $20 increments.

She offered $10,
I told her she was not in a position to negotiate.

So, did it feel good to bully a woman, bullwinkle?

Would you have tried your bully tactic if the driver was a 6 foot five male wrestler who would have punched your head in?

What if she was handicapped, or had an emergency reason for parking there, or the handicapped parking sign was obscured? Did you check with her?

Her $275 parking fine, is nothing compared to the three illegal things you did. You illegally parked behind her in a carpark, you unlawfully detained her against her will, and then committed the offence of extortion.

You could go to jail for that shit, bullwinkle.

I'm sure it's all on cctv. Let's hope she wasn't recording you, and doesn't report you, ey?

I would pay money to see the next person you try and pull this stunt on, repeatedly reverse into your car until they can drive free, and the side of your car is a crumpled mess good for towing. Then, for that person to report you to police that they only did what they did out of fear you were going to try and kidnap them.

Did the 4" nails she propped under your car wheels puncture all four of them?

It wouldn't surprise me if you made up your first post from your bucket list, bullwinkle, but you seemed pretty pleased with yourself.  ???

So, I'll sit on the fence with this one.

I had to intervene the other afternoon in a lollipop guy at my daughter's school, confronting an agro motorist who refused to stop at his stop sign. Almost hitting him with little kids waiting to cross. He stopped when he saw me walk towards him, though.

He'll be sorted out when I'm back at work.

Good god.  Here we go.  No shaking down people in the parking lot for cash.  No extortion.  And if smoke machine had his way then no gassing our families with smoke machines.

I think BullWinkles settling out of court was a good idea. Lets face it, he saved that selfish bitch a shitload of money. BullWinkle was well within his rights to have the police come and write that ho a ticket costing her more than 4x as much as well as tying up the boys in blues resources. God knows they'll need more of the citizens help to resolve their own disputes when they get 'DEFUNDED' LOL! It was a win win all round

Good job BullWinkle  8)

Agreed, I am not sure what parts of this story is true or not... Though I hope he got something from the lady, we all drive past the easy handicap spots and choose to walk because we can at this point of our life. For those jackasses that choose me over someone else gets what they deserve....anyone seen the seinfeld episode on this subject?

Exactly. These loonies have already made it very difficult to continue buying guns after you kill someone, even if it was just once. Now they want to make it so that same person can't use their dog's name to buy a gun?! I swear I might just pack my bags and move to Puerto Rico to get out of this communist country.

This is one of the reasons I stay away from Walmart.  The people that shop there have no concept of doing anything with their carts when they're done with it.

Sometimes on windy days I like the watch the Walmart parking lot to see groups of carts gliding along the parking lot until they run into something.  It's almost beautiful in a way.

Yeah, I've seen it too. It's majestic and violent at the same time. As if the Ice Capades performed in the middle of an NHL game.

It's so cool when you find a trolley where the previous user couldn't be arsed to get his money back so you do the deed for them (after you made good use of the trolley) :)

Extorting a woman is a good job? What evidence does he bring to the table she was a selfish bitch in the first place and not a handicapped person driving a different car?

If the story is true, I'm thinking the reason bullwinkle did what he did, is because his car has a handicapped sticker or licence plate, which is why he took it so personally.

In fact, bullwinkle's level of thinking and justification for his actions, cements my case. His mental capacity is his handicap.

If the police were called, bullwinkle would have received a parking fine to the value of a person illegally parked in a handicapped space. If the woman complained to the police that bullwinkle tried to extort her, bullwinkle would be in lock-up.
