It is called Sun Dogs.
The principle is similar to double rainbow.
As you can see, all "four auxiliary suns" are at the two circles around the central (direct) view of the Sun.
You see those extensions up and down?

In order for it to be the dome, the dome would need to be centred on the sun, between you and the sun.
Why should solar noon have anything at all to do with it being a dome?

Sundog is because of crystals? Are you sure? Where are the crystals? Even if there were crystals, they would not give such a relatively clear formation.
For me, it takes multiple domes to form such perspective, while the sun has transparent round shell.

For you, it works fine. For the real world and science, it's well understood how ice crystals cause the illusion of two Suns.
When you can use math and geometry to show how these 'domes' can produce such images, let us know. Otherwise you're just claiming it's not possible with zero evidence, other than your own disbelief.
Why don't you read the Wikipedia article on them before trying to dismiss the claims? Asking where the ice crystals are shows that you haven't done any research. Read about the thing you are trying to debunk, it helps.
Crystals cannot give such a view. Only dome can.

If so, it's definitely not so dense. So why do the second sun and halo look clear? It's supposed to be blurry.
It takes a solid transparent material to form the existing second sun and halo perspectives.

Yes, we have found ice crystals in the air. Look up Meterology.
It's not supposed to be blurry just because you can't understand how things work.
Why don't you start saying "I don't understand why the sun isn't blurry, please explain?" instead of "I think it should be blurry, therefore it's all a government hoax run by squid aliens."
Normal people when coming across something they don't understand... try to understand it. They don't just assume it must be a conspiracy.
