I have seen it for my self thru my own telescope. its not a spotlight. in fact the spotlight that you speak of is a religious conspiracy to get the church back in to power over the state and to renounce technology because they think it is the tool of the devil.

What you saw in your telescope was the light from the moon, same light you see now in your monitor. You don't think that all these letters are physical bodies and actually live inside you monitor do you?

that imposable because the sun is not bouncing light off of my monitor allowing me to see it because it produces its on light. light comes from the sun bounces of the moon comes to the earth gets focused to a upside down image on the back of my eye witch then is recognised by my brain as the moon. all vision works like this so are you telling me their is no computer in fount of you right now?

an electron gun, which shoots electrons toward you. The electrons are stopped by the glass of the vacuum tube, which is coated with special chemicals (phosphors) that glow when hit with electrons

The moon IS producing it's own light, and that is exactly what you see in your telescope.

Here is the piece of FAQ:

Q: "What about the stars, sun and moon and other planets? Are they flat too? What are they made of?"

A: The sun and moon, each 32 miles in diameter, circle Earth at a height of 3000 miles at its equator, located midway between the North Pole and the ice wall. Each functions as a "spotlight," with the sun radiating "hot light," the moon "cold light." As they are spotlights, they only give light out over a certain are which explains why some parts of the Earth are dark when others are light. Their apparent rising and setting are caused by optical illusions.

If we are to approach this logically, and by that I mean with a KJV 1611 bible in hand then the answer is obvious. We not only didn't go to the moon, but there isn't a moon at all. The moon has been found to be what the Sun looks like at night, after is has gone to sleep, contrary to popular beleif - yes the sun sleeps.

But Genesis says that the Lord created two lights, one to govern the day, and one to govern the night.

So the sun and the moon must be different.

What I am proposing here is not any different from the holy unquethable word of the lord. Firstly the Sun(which is the moon) does produce two different lights - one to govern the day - one to govern the night. Good to see I could clear up any previously held misconceptions.

Ah, I see.  So the Sun Which Is The Moon has the same powers which are attributed in your KJV to the Lord Almighty.  Perhaps then the Sun Which Is The Moon is God?  Should we worship this Sun Which Is The Moon?

I see.  So the Sun Which Is The Moon is able to create light -- God's initial work.  Also, it's clear that the Sun Which Is The Moon can be in two places at once.  Lastly, the Sun Which Is The Moon provides me with warmth and makes my crops grow.

The Sun Which Is The Moon is clearly superior to your Jehovah.

The answer is no for the same reason that googlesearch indicated - the moon is a light source rather than a reflector.  If it was a reflector it would at least have some kind of resemblance to the sun's colour.

By the way, I do not have a hiden agenda in believing this.  I believe it simply because it is the truth, and I am thoroughly convinced the alleged moon landings are mythical.  Geekcorerob asked what people believe as to alleged moon landings, and then accused a "church" of using this unpopular perspective to regain power.

And it strikes me as biased that those who do not believe in the moon landings were asked to justify themselves, but those who accept them as genuine are not asked to do this.

It sounds to me like Geekcorerob was the one with the hidden agenda in asking in posting this poll as he obviously had decided in advance that the moon landings were real and those who do not believe in them had to be siphoned out and publicly attacked for their disbelief as that is exactly what Geekcorerob has done to googlesearch.

when sunlight bounces off of trees the light is green not yellow we see this every day some pigments absorb a wavelength and reflect others. and as for my agenda that is a to seek amusement out of this site or B i work for the government trying to hide the cover up crap iv said to much now i have to kill you all.

What wavelengths does the moon absorb?

If it absorbs yellow, then how does it appear to be a shade of white, which of course has light of all wavelengths (including yellow)?

being that it is shades of gray and white i dont believe that its absorbing much of any one particular wavelength. but on that not let me do some googleing i could be wrong

(assuming for a moment that the round earth is in fact not a conspiracy)

We could never have landed on the moon.  The Van Allen radiation belt would have killed the crew.  Its gamma radiation too (I believe) so the space suits (or the ship) would have to have been made either out of 2 or more inches of lead, or about 12 foot of concrete.  Ether way you look at it, they could not have survived 10 mins going through that belt.  Even now we dont have the technology.

And tell me this - how come the Appolo missions are the ONLY maned missions to have EVER gone through the Van Allen?  Its because you cant, and the Appolo missions were fake.  And if we could go to the moon all those years ago, how come we havent been to Mars yet?  If the moon landings were real, then it is only a case of 3 months travel to get to Mars.  The reason is again because of the Van Allen belt.

The problem of Van Allen isnt exactly insurmountable tho.  Its a doughnut shape, so with some extra fuel you could actually (theoretically) go up and over it.  This however poses a problem with efficiency (lowest energy flights are another story tho) and so thats why that hasnt been attempted yet.

So, in short, moon landings = blatant fakes, and they werent even covered up well imo.

welll the reason we never went to mars is because it is a lot more expensive, and America no longer have the Soviets to bankrupt.

and on the van allen radiation belt, for a 3mm aluminum shielded space craft in the belt for a year takes 25 Sv of radiation. therefore as long as they didn't spend more than a day or so in the belt, then nothing would happen to them except a slight raised change of cancer - if all three days of the trip were spent in the belt, then they would suffer from mild radiation poisoning.

if they spent a week or so there, there would be a 10% chance of fatality, a fortnight 50%, a month 100%.

although i imagine they had more protection than 3mm of aluminum.

No, we absolutely didn't land on the Moon and that's the truth! That's because it's artificially made by aliens and the gov. and NASA knows that. It is said that there is even alien base.
Title: do you think we landed on the moon

technically if we made a base there it would be an alien base because we ain't from the moon.

If the moon landings are fake, why didn't they keep "going"?  There is actually evidence that the astronauts passed through the Van Allen belts in the cataracts that many of them have developed.

Actually the radiation in the van allen belts is not lethal unless one stays there long enough. the apollo missions only were inside the belts for about an hour and that is not enough for a lethal dose. And despite what you have been told, the spacecraft did block most of the radiation. For more information on this there are plenty of debunking sites run by astronomers and scientists. It's funny that you can't find any moon-hoax websites run by anyone but conspiricy theorists. This moon hoax baloney is just that. We landed on the moon.

i think i posted else where... can't remember where... that if you have some aluminim protection, and only spend 1 day inside the van allen belt you take well under acceptable doses of radiation. if you stay two days you greatly enhance your chances of getting cancer, 3 days you have a 50% chance of survival, 4 days 20% chance of survial, 5 days 0% chance.
