I can in no way see how someone can ACTUALLY believe this stuff, when you have no reason for the "conspiracy" and no PROOF of it either, you all just FIGURE and tell us that our evidence of a round earth is all fake.
You have no excuse for gravity, No evidence supporting this "icewall" shit of yours, and you still believe it with the LACK OF EVIDENCE you have its almost as if this theory was just created out of nowhere for fun.
You can't explain why People have traveled AROUND the world, And yes, you can go AROUND the world in a straight line, it has been done.

Why would the government be trying to hide the Earth is round? IT'S BEEN PROVEN, they don't need to cover it. They have bigger beef on their hands at the moment (Iraq, North Korea). They can't worry about some stupid people like you guys. In fact, I know this FOR A FACT, the government knows the Earth is round, and they don't give a rat's ass about it. They don't even know this website exists.
The earth is not a disc, however our galaxy "The Milky Way" is a disc-shaped form.

Please just go up in space on a rocket, and look around. If you were educated, then you would see the Earth is clearly spherical.

No Fast Eddy, the link I posted is to a page hosting Rowbotham's book. As it is the only version of the book available on the web I always link to it.
A hard copy of the book is available for purchase from Amazon.com, however.

1. We don't "know" there is a conspiracy. We theorise there is a conspiracy. That's why it's called the Flat Earth Theory?
2. We know the Earth is flat, so it seems likely there is a conspiracy, because of all the literature regarding RE.

Your site and your beliefs just remind me that for all my shortcomings, there are hoards of people that are just so dumb, it almost hurts. Why did the bad guy run from the cops, then wonder why he got his ass handed to him with a night stick? Why are there people that try to say the earth is flat? 3) You make a statement defending your choice of insult > intelligent debate. In reality there is no excuse for you to resort to insults unless you lack the ability to discuss a topic intelligently.
4) You registered onto a website with the sole purpose of insulting people who know damn well the world is round based on the appearence that they think it is flat. I would say you are indeed the moron in this discussion.

Wow, do I ever stand corrected. So, aside from the truly stupid among you, you simply opt to take a "devils advocate" stance on the whole outdated "the world is round" fact. To argue against something that you know to be correct is just....well, dumb.
But, yes I do see your point. How could I not debate something so worthy as the "flat earth theory". It's so fundamentally grounded that it just defies saying no to it. As I have said, the only answers that you seem to have in defense of a theory that you have stated that you don't believe in is "It's not gravity, it's upward motion" "Refraction accounts for the perceived curve of the earth" and, of course, the ever popular stand-by "It's a government conspiracy". Well, proof of the books fallacies are demonstrated on a regular basis by satelite imagery, high-altitude observation, and other means the FE'ers ignore or dismiss as 'the conspiracy'. Putting complete faith into a 200 year old book who's experiments have never been repeated with results consistent to those announced within the books seems... fanciful.
