Hi i'm new to the forums and i am not sure whether the earth is round or flat, it probably doesn't matter anyway. But some people say that australia doesn't exist? How would you get the information stating that it its existence unless u sailed around the world? I can't say I can offer proof relating to the existence of Australia, but some1 please offer evidence either supporting the existence or against it. Thanks (I am neutral on the issue thus far).

I am currently sitting at a computer in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. That is my evidence. I know where I live. If Australia doesn't exist, please tell me where I live so I can change my address.

The idea that Australia does not exist was posed by a RE'er who thought he was being 'cute'.
The FES does not support this theory.
-
ok thanks was not sure where that idea was coming from
-
yeah. its a wrong proposition made by RE'ers because they dont bother to look at the flat earth maps which clearly show australia.

Those are faked by the conspiracy.

Yes, because we all know that the flat earth maps are sooo accurate... this clearly screams "conspiracy".

Thats funny, the maps that I look at don't have Australia on them. And they are obviously more accurate, as Australia doesn't exist.

Could someone please tell me where you would get the information from that Australia doesn't exist. Thanks.

Australia does exist, but not in the form you know it. It preiodically sinks below the waves.
This is why no one discovered for so long, dispite the fact the Americas were further away and they still got found.
The reason for the conspiricy is because the British Empire made a lot of money from taxing imigrants to Australia, so after it re-sunk, they had to pretend it exsisted to keep poeple paying to go there.

The Americas are NOT further away from anywhere in Europe. The distance from London to New York is about a fifth of the distance to Perth, let alone Sydney.
-
I mean that in the context that Australia is much closer to the Supercontinent of Afeurasia (africa, europe, asia) The indians or Chinese did not discover Australia. They only needed to island hop towards it. Obviously they didn't find it because it had sunk.
