Title: Northern/Southern hemisphere - clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of stars?
Post by: rall on August 10, 2015, 05:15:48 PM
In the Northern Hemisphere stars rotates counterclockwise around the North star, and in the Southern Hemisphere they rotates clockwise.

This seems only possible in the globe model. How is this explained in the flat earth model?

(I was asked to place this question in "debate" instead of Q&A)

This question has been asked by myself and others many times.

The reason they wanted you to move into debate instead of Q&A is because they don't have an answer.

It's probably one of the best empirically demonstrable pieces of evidence for RE. No need to trust anyone but your senses. Ironically, just the way they like it.

I really like the FET, spend a couple of days looking into it with some friends, and the FET has lot of interesting points. But when stars rotates clockwise and counterclockwise depending on the hemisphere you are on, there should be no doubt what shape the earth has. Really no FET explanation for this?

You are not holding your dick properly, then you would understand.

So if i hold my dick properly, stars turn counterclockwise both at northern and southern hemisphere? Really? This is a flat earth debate?

The earth has bumps on it, it is not flat, I watch the stars most nights.

I asked; how does the FET explain that stars rotate clockwise and counter clockwise depending on your location on the hemisphere

and you replied

"The earth has bumps on it, it is not flat, I watch the stars most nights." ?

Read on. The flatwits have no idea either. Fun to read their crap if it makes some sence. That is rare.

rall, guv is just poking fun at what a FE may say.  Well they will not address this topic directly or honestly at all.  They may give you some hand waving, or claim that you haven't seen this yourself, if you have they will call you a liar.  You may actually get some convoluted explanation about mirror images that makes no sense at all and does not explain reality in the least.  Also do not forget about the "There is no official flat Earth map" cop out too.
Almost forgot the DE theory, but JRowe hasn't been around much lately.  At least he did try to reconcile a couple of things like this with his model, yet it had a whole host of other issues to contend with.  One being air and gravity doesn't exist and everything is aether, another being the aetheric transmission (teleportation) at the equator.  I will not go into that subject any further, but he had a post of his ideas about a DE model in the information repository.  Do not debate his model there, it is a place for the poster to give their ideas on a model of the Earth and not for debating.

Thanks for a real answer Mikey T. What is the DE model?

The Dual-Earth model.
It's in The info repository.

Whoops... I accidentally posted something that debated it there...

Anyway, I read something about a "bulge" that I didn't really understand, because it was pretty weird and confusing. I didn't know that supposedly there was like teleportation etc. and that air didn't exist... What kind of theory is that anyway? It's basically a flatified round earth that doesn't really explain all that much and makes a bunch of unjustified assumptions.

Ah, I see what you meant. He says that for some reason the space bends around the equator etc. Why doesn't he say that we live in the matrix already? It would make a lot more sense...

Through extensive research I found out that Hitler is behind all this.
