A quick Google search shows that there are dozens of private (non-governmental) satellite companies. Those companies have probably taken millions of photos of Earth, and most of those photos would show whether the Earth is flat or spherical. So here's my question: why would those companies, which are only interested in making money, go to the trouble of photoshopping millions of photographs to make it appear that the Earth is round when they know that it's actually flat? And why has not a single employee of any of those companies ever leaked the "truth" about this vast conspiracy, simply by releasing one original, un-retouched photo showing the flat earth?

I think you are wrong. None of the photos that the "satellite" companies release show the Earth as being round. The few that you have seen are collages. There is no satellite camera far enough away to take a picture of the entire Earth with a normal lens. So, that sort of throws a wrench in your theory, now doesn't it?
-
Don't you think it would be difficult to get their satellite network up and running if their models had the wrong shaped earth in them and gravity didn't exist? What do those tens (hundreds?) of thousands of people do in their day jobs relating to satellite launches, maintenance, uplink, monitoring, cataloguing and all the other myriad necessary services?
Launch balloons and go home and lie about it?

We don't need a picture of the entire earth to show it is round, as you know.

Yes, very difficult. In fact, I would say damn near impossible.
-
So what do these ~500,000 people do at work all day?

I think you are wrong. Stand in the yard in front of your house. Can you see your whole house? Now get out your camera. Can you fit your whole house in the picture?
A satellite is far enough away to see the Earth hanging in space. It may not be far enough away to fit the whole thing in a 35 degree FOV but that doesn't mean you can't see your whole house if you are in your yard and can't fit it in one picture.
P.S.
I'm working on something for you Jroa, to see how many degrees of a FOV is needed to see the whole Earth from a Satellite's distance.

JROA: let's assume you are right that all photos showing curvature of the Earth are "collages". Why would satellite owners make these false collages? How would perpetuating the round earth conspiracy serve them in any way?

What do you think GEOS (weather satellite) do all of the times.

Here is a series of photos of the third generation weather Metrosat-10. It was launched in July 2013 from Russia. If you think this all fake then you are out of your mind. https://www.flickr.com/photos/eumetsat/7982365683/in/photostream/ (https://www.flickr.com/photos/eumetsat/7982365683/in/photostream/)

It started out as a joke of sorts. We shot a rocket into space. Oh yeah, well we shot something into orbit. Oh yeah, well well sent a man into orbit. Oh yeah, well we sent a man to the moon.
It was never meant to be taken seriously, yet, now they must keep it up in order to not be exposed for being frauds.

JROA: you say that "they must keep it up in order to not be exposed for being frauds."
Who is "they"? It was NASA and the U.S. government that put a man on the Moon (or claimed to, as you would say). Why would today's Chinese satellite companies and Russian satellite companies photoshop their images to save the U.S. government from embarrassment?
And again, how do you explain that not a single unretouched photo has ever...ever...ever... been leaked, showing a flat earth?

Again, you're missing the entire socio-political environment of the time.NOTHING that would show the superiority of The US or the USSR over the other would be a "joke"

all pictures i have seen from space, show the lit portion of the disc.
satellites are real, and so is the flat earth.

Here is a night time picture of earth at night. http://www.ctvnews.ca/sci-tech/nasa-satellite-reveals-dazzling-nighttime-views-of-earth-1.1067457 (http://www.ctvnews.ca/sci-tech/nasa-satellite-reveals-dazzling-nighttime-views-of-earth-1.1067457)

Maybe you should watch this video about the Chinese spacewalks.

As you increase distance from a sphere, its edge (in the case of the Earth, the horizon) covers more earth as it approaches the size of the entire circumference and your visual of the sphere approaches 50%. As with gaining distance from any object, the amount of FOV needed to see the 'entire' object decreases.
At roughly 1,200 miles (the border distance between Low-earth orbit and medium-earth orbit satellites) a Field of View of 103 degrees is required to see horizon to horizon. Fish eye lens typically see from 100 - 180 degrees of view.
This is the set-up. The camera is positioned roughly 1,200 miles from the Earth. And pictured is the 103 degree FOV camera which will see the entire horizon and therefore you can see the FOV is tangential to the Earth from the camera's position.

This is what the camera sees:

Replace that camera with a 35 mm (focal length) camera. Which has a FOV of about 50 degrees. This is the result:

What are all those little dots in the Gulf of Mexico? Why are they not on the Pacific side of Central America?

The important thing to understand here was the math of being 1,200 miles away from a 8,000 mile diameter sphere
