Title: Thickness of the disk?

How thick is the disk? Obviously, not everyone will come up with the same answer, since no one has any idea, but give me your proposals.

my guess is 3000 miles, the exact distance to the spherical sun.

And then I start to wonder about the phenomenon of an Earthquake's waves not being measured on the opposite end of an Earth because of the molten core in the centre...

Yeah, I think the consensus is that the Earth's thickness roughly corresponds to the radius of RE.

What? That would make it a cylinder. Not flat. FE does not say the earth is shaped like a can of Pepsi (http://www.pepsi.com/) or something. Its like a dinner plate. Check out Voliva's earth.

Since no one has seen the underside of the disc and lived to tell, it's all conjecture.

The famous FE map above appears to be 25,000 miles in diameter.  Scaling that to the typical dinner plate should make it about 500-600 miles thick.

I have submitted papers on who lives under the earth. However my theories have been largely ridiculed by everyone who has read them. Yet questions like this still go unanswered. You will all see the light eventually.

Yes, because a 25,000 mile (at least) diameter Earth that is 3,000 miles thick is definitely like a pepsi can. ::)

Scaled to dinner plate size that would make it about an inch and a half thick.  Hefty, but no cylinder.
