1. Simply not true. Things do not disappear uniformly. This is why you can se the tips of mountains against the horizon. (Also, please note you have a spelling error above, which is curious given your earlier post on this topic - I made it bold for you to find easily)
2. Gravity is based on the attraction of matter. As a sphere, you are equally attracted to the earth based on your distance from it, regardless of the position in relation to it. An object has the same pull at 50 meters above sea level in Australia as it does 50 meters above sea level in New York.
3. A logo constitutes proof? I'm not sure what to say about this... ::)
4. Even if you disagree with gravity, the argument that says in can't be impossible does not constitute proof of something. Here's an experiment for you. Close your eyes and have someone hold an object in front of you. Given your current state, it's not impossible that they're holding a pencil; however, this in itself is not proof as to what the object is.

On this mystical spherical Earth, the direction of "down" is defined by the direction gravity pulls objects, just like any other alternate universe with any different shape of Earth. Therefore, the direction of "down" is really just the direction the center of gravity of the Earth is from someone on the Earth. That way, to an observer on the North pole, their definition of down is actually the opposite of someone on the South pole's (the Earth is round in this hypothetical situation so the South pole is a point instead of a circle) definition of down, and they're both right, since the Earth's center of gravity is directly below both of them, AKA down.
