Title: The earth was flat but it has evolved!
Post by: Christopher Columbo on February 16, 2007, 10:35:28 PM: Through my few posts and reading through a large portion of posts plus my own first hand knowlege I submit this!

When I began my travels it was said the earth was flat. However I did not sail off the edge when I discovered America and later became a star on an awesome 80's show in the same country. So I propose this theory that when I set sail the earth sensed what would happen in the future times due to this journey. So it destroyed most of the ice walls and bent it's self around and fused itself together to make a large round planet. This was to to evolve with the times and perpare for technology that would lead to space travel and my hit show that lasted a nice number of seasons.

it all makes sense now!

Between their breathing and the high pressure of the planet as it sealed up they rotted and became the first bit of magma that slowly ate away at the rock finally expanding to what it's levels are today

Actually I'm quite sure people during my time DID in fact believe it was flat. I believe this due to how hard it was to muster up support for my journey that discovered America (the land of my awesome 80's detective show) since they thought I was going to end up sailing off the EDGE of the earth.

its a myth. they never thought it was flat.
