does anyone have any proof supporting the flat earth theory? i've heard a lot stupid guesses as to how such and such does whatever. Surely you people cant believe all this without any evidence? But until i see proof, i can't possibly accept this "thought" as an idea....

so please, i challenge all you people to give me proof. something that might make me think otherwise

It's because the government does not want to admit there are many, many gods and that the Pagan belief is truth.  This would cause world wide revolts and terror.

oh gosh....
tricklingpeepee is correct...
(lets ignore the religion part because that causes problems)

but yes... can't you see the government getting infuriated if everyone knew this lie was going around?

i have deducted that the earth must be flat due to kmec and potemkin's neverending questioning.  they are taking on a style similar to socrates.  very nice.  not to mention i love tricklingpeepee's reasoning but it tends to sway me the other direction.  oh and crimson king is a fine debator.

now lets all live in peace and harmony on this earth of ours.
peace commrades?  or dare i say friends?

no the socratic method silly.
of course i want to be friends.

by the way i think the earth being a circle would be extremely symbolic of the connections which we all have to one another.  isnt that a lovely thought?

the earth, some say is round
others maintain that flat is the ground
it doesn't matter who is right
or who is wrong
but rather that we take sight at the facts
and all get along

here we have potemkin, kmec 20, and efimowho
all enemies at first
but the finest bunch of gents that you ever knew
flat earth is a theory
and round earth is a fact
but arguing about it, would only make us grow weary
their may not be a satisfying answer
but lets all agree....
we're happy we don't have testicular cancer

Uh oh... the truth is out! Beware, Efimowho?, for now you shall be swarmed by a thousand geeky, single men!

Just imagine being stranded on Gilligan's Island, with a couple hundred Gilligans.
Who really needs one of these things?
