Be nice Heheh. I spend all my life problem solving. When I was at work the communication systems fails and there are thousands of people in airlines in the air with no communication all hell breaks loose. To solve such problem requires training, knowledge, confidence and a 6th sense of logical thinking. I never had a problem getting things going within less than a minute. When I am faced with a problem I don't only see a challenge but the opportunity to learn more.

Well, since needles used to be made of bone, it is quite possible that this saying was referring to one of those.

Prior to the Industrial Revolution (when machine mass production of sharp tools became viable), many everyday tools such as needles were made from bone; such items continue to be valued today as antiques. Bone folders are still used by bookbinders.
