We observe Earth is round.
What we observe is 100% consistent with a round Earth, but not consistent at all with a flat Earth.
For example, if you watch the sunset, we observe Earth block the view to the sun.
When we observe something going off into the distance, it behaves as if it is going over a hill.

So it is obvious, Earth is round.

But what a spherical earth would imply is that the different hemispheres of earth would each have their own respective properties, both gravitationally and atmosphereically. Because this is false, we can imply that FE is the most probable theory.
