The centre of the solar system is not necessarily the centre of the earth.
The illusion is shattered if we ask what goes on behind the scenes.

i agree, my post was longer then i changed it. so does the solar system only orbit over the known world? perhaps the solar system is far bigger (comets for instance may demonstrate this)

It seems that it must be a similar size.  (we may be missing a planet.)

There could very well be other solar systems / universal systems beyond our discovered area.
The illusion is shattered if we ask what goes on behind the scenes.

an infinite earth would be cool, it really captures the imagination and the possibilities. the solar system is the tip of an iceburg. do you have a link for more of your infinite earth theroy? my job is very dull and i just pass time really
