    You can't explore the Ice Wall though. Even if you did go to it, the government agents there would kill you on sight. The government will probably do anything to protect the Ice Wall, even if it means they have to send agents onto the Ice Wall for months at a time. And plus, It's beyond the Arctic, not in Antartica because I think the Ice Wall is underwater because no one has seen it yet.
