I always liked a Heaven vs Hell thing.

Occultists are doing ritual sacrifices to villagers to summon a demon hord.
An angel has come to stop them and must check each person individually.
The Prophet has visions that are so mixed up, only some of it is true.
and The Slayer kills stuff like this but dies in the process.

So the slayer sacrafices himself to save humanity?  I name him Jesus.

One game mechanic that I have really liked I think we should use is the Mambos who uses her voodoo set the fate of one player onto another.

So basically what happens is everything that is going to happen to one player, ends up happening to another. Examples:

The Cultists target player A to sacrifice.
The Mambos sends player A's effects to Player B.
Player B gets sacrificed instead.

OR

The Cultists target player A to sacrifice.
The Angel saves player B.
Mambos sends player B's effects to A.
Player A gets saved from the sacrifice.

Yes, this means that a Cultist could end up killing one of their own.

The trading effect switches everything, so a different person may be investigated instead and such. If the player wasn't targetted by anything, then obviously nothing would happen to the other player.
