The FE excuse for radar horizon is “pitched up” radar?

Let’s use ship radar for this discussion.

Never mind the horizon changes with how high above the ship the radar array is installed.  How high above the water line the array can be installed.

So.  Somebody has installed every radar array “pitched up” supposedly resulting in radar horizon with no one thinking to check the installation?

This thread is about radar if you want to post about radar. 

Well, actually how stupid your comment is..

What's actually happening is the radar is pitched upward.

Where you ignore how radar actually works.  The frequencies involved. And the radar horizon distance increases with height on the open sea. So you don’t have any cause to post about mountains out of context.

Bulma.  Where you don’t have to keep posting about radar in two or three other threads to derail them off topic.
