Yeah, the bar for the Bar seems to be low, at least from how the Kraken thinks some bars should be set:
Interviewer: Rudy Giuliani has had his license suspended and is likely to lose his law license because of the way he misrepresented facts um in the cases he was involved in do you anticipate that you will meet the same end?
Kraken: Heavens no and Rudy Giuliani shouldn't have met that end either despite the fact the standard that they held him to there is absolutely preposterous[/b].
Obviously her "standard" for facts, lying, and mis-representation is as low as you can go. Her response is the thing that is preposterous.
