Not unless you also mention what he could be (realistically) doing better. There will always be people complaining that taxes are too high and people complaining that spending on infrastructure/public health/military/some other public service is too low, and usually these are the same people. The problem is that unless your demands a) are realistic and b) are self-consistent, people won't be able to listen even if they want to. Simply saying "Obama did _________, which is bad" doesn't help.
