The Dark Side?
« on: March 26, 2025, 03:31:04 AM »
So I came to this forum and registered, solely for the purpose of asking you folks a question or two, that I haven't heard anyone ever even mention, which surprises me actually, because it seems to me that the subject that would be discussed often, and there would likely be either countless theories, or maybe there's one that seems to be the most commonly accepted.

My 1st question is this:

We're all used to seeing various maps and interpretations of the Flat Earth and all the various continents, etc, but what I've never seen is a map or artist's depiction of...

The bottom.
of the Earth.
The underside.
The soft underbelly.
What's it like? Is it as flat as the ever-popular topside, or is it slightly convex? Or highly convex. Is it like a huge bowl? Is it basically smooth, or highly irregular, like an asteroid, perhaps even covered with craters? How much "earth" is there under the oceans?

My second question concerns the FE controversy itself...

Why the hell has no one ever bothered to find out? Wouldn't it be swell to finally put an end to all the arguing.. by proving all this, either way? Couldn't someone build a rocket and go have a look? (I'm talkin' to you, Elon! :-)
It doesn't seem to me that us humans aren't perfectly capable of achieving this. I mean, good hell.. we can put a man on the moon but we can't make a decaffeinated coffee that tastes good, nor can we put a man in a rocket and fly the damn thing around to the bottom! and take a damn picture or two!

Speaking of pictures.. and still regarding finding and proving the truth to all this..

Why oh why, has nobody ever bothered to get in a damn boat, and sail it to "ends of the earth"? Surely.. in these high-tech times, 'we' are capable of, and perhaps even mastered the art of, traveling in boats!! Why has no one done this?!

Please!, for the sake of all that is holy, and/or unholy.. please.. SOMEbody.. gather a few friends, get in a boat, take it to the very edge of the purported disk called Earth, get as close to the wall of ice as possible, and take a god damn selfie!!

And it doesn't have to be by boat, does it? What would happen if we flew an airplane out to the edge, high above the ice-wall.. and just kept going? What happens to gravity above and beyond this wall? Does it suddenly turn sideways, with so much additional force, that it would prevent a plane, or a jet even!.. from passing across and over the icewall? If not, then what? If you're past the edge, past the wall, you'd be in space, right? But if you jumped outta the plane there, for a wicked skydive, where would you fall, back? (rather than down) Back to the 'inside' of the disk's perimeter, and then start falling down again?

Ok, let's stay in the plane for now, and keep flying, straight, forward, past the edge, over the wall, then down.. and around.. until we find ourselves flying 'back'.. but across the bottom. Can somebody.. please.. do this.. as a favor to the rest of the damn WORLD?! Imagine how much the rest of the WORLD.. would appreciate you! and probably pay you even! You'd sure as hell be famous! (I assume it's dark under there, so be careful.)

Again, I ask you, Why has no one bothered to to freaking go there?! and take a couple pictures! Or a video! Heck, if you're gonna bother doing it, take a film crew! Make what will surely become thee most important documentary, about the most important discovery, ever, in the history of mankind!... Please.. I'm begging you.

Thx.

First question: there is an ice wall surrounding Antarctica, and Antarctica is guarded by the penguins NASA trained, so you can't go there

Second question: there is a firmament around the Earth, any rocket that goes up will hit the firmament and explode dramatically, basically you can't go to the bottom of the Earth.
You are currently talking to the only person in the world who can make you immortal if you give him enough financial resources.
The ability to speak does not make you intelligent.

It's probably rocks.
I'm sorry. Am I to understand that when you have a boner you like to imagine punching the shit out of Tom Bishop? That's disgusting.

Below the flat surface of the Earth are layers such as the mantle, core, and bedrock.
Below the bedrock is an empty region, poor in aether, and probably flooded by the water of the ocean beyond Antichtone.
Below this empty region there may be some barrier of bedrock or ice, but it is not certain.

The aether has parabolic gradients that increase in density as it approaches the first firmament. This density is very high in the vicinity of Antichtone, preventing us from being able to reach that continent. Any ship or airplane sailing towards Antichtone will be deflected by the aether and will skirt the perimeter of the aether barrier until it reaches the opposite side of the Earth's surface. If the ship/airplane keeps moving forward, it will return to its starting point.
In the case of airplanes, there is an additional factor: airplanes depend on air for lift, they always travel along the density gradient for which they are configured, and the atmospheric layers have parabolic gradients, that is: the air becomes increasingly rarefied as it approaches the edge.

In total, the distance covered by a circumnavigation close to the equator will be approximately twice the length of the equator.
Circumnavigations in general cover an average distance of 40000 km, this is because the diameter of the Earth is actually ≈ 20000 km, the globe was adapted for this by doubling the diameter of the Earth and adding a large area of water.

The dense aether barrier also deflects electromagnetic radiation that strikes the Earth's surface to the opposite side. This alters measurements of the Earth's diameter that disregard the aether, and also allows the Sun to set on one side of the Earth's surface and simultaneously rise on the opposite side.

Second question: there is a firmament around the Earth, any rocket that goes up will hit the firmament and explode dramatically, basically you can't go to the bottom of the Earth.

There is no ice wall around Antarctica.
The first firmament may be traversable, and the apparent curvature in space images may be explained as an optical illusion.

I thought the common theory is beneath the flat earth lies upon a tortoise or a turtle. But that may be metaphorical cause how or what do they breathe.
