If you could have a private plane, where could not you want to travel? undoubtedly to the middle of the hurricane! but the pilots who use these planes have different thoughts.

My first thought is that it would be planes that are transporting people and materials for the rebuilding effort. But I guess it's equally plausible that these are government planes that are pushing the hurricanes in a specific direction.

Or, maybe hurricanes like to follow common flight routes in the Caribbean.

Intikam, have you thought that maybe planes create hurricanes by spinning fast in circles? You know, kinda like a blender. Think about it and tell us what you found.

Their propellers also go in circles. Maybe Trump should push some legislation to make sure that all planes fly with an identical plane that has propellers that rotate in the opposite direction.

Not so hard. They are already making a lot kind of chemtrails and cloud seeding.
1- Create/seed/add clouds with conductive materials.
2- Move clouds with electromagnetic waves.
Where is hardness?

gravity.... and the power necessary to generate magnetic fields large enough (or directed enough) to reach said conductive materials...
I like Alex Jones's theory that all of the weather radar towers are actually super duper radar transmitters capable of nudging hurricanes in other directions... Kind of like hip checking a Pinball machine... It's not going to stop the hurricane, but maybe a little nudge in the right direction...
Didn't work very well for Houston, maybe once the Hurricane got into the Gulf of Mexico, they became limited in their ability to direct it...
But think about Hurricane Irma... was probably going to destroy Miami, and then was nudged...

Anyone been near a helicopter? Windy as hell and they generate an insane static charge. No wonder our weather is so messed up.
Consider the single butterfly effect...
Now consider there are thousands of these helicopters
Do we really need a helicopter hovering above us each morning and afternoon just to tell us what the traffic looks like? What a load of nonsense!

Apart from the enormous waste of resources (eg fuel) do you give 2 shits about a traffic report from a helicopter each morning?
I think the traffic is predictable anyway for example 6-7am = light traffic 7-8am = normal traffic and 8-9am is heavy to jammed traffic
If there is anything unusual usually your radio will have updates from any of the thousands of people ringing in from the ground.
A helicopter in the sky is nonsense and the 'monitoring traffic conditions' must be a cover.
And the butterfly effect is real, otherwise why would it even be a thing?
