Flat Earth Q&A / Daylight / darkness in FET
« on: July 16, 2009, 09:07:51 AM »
I am posting an image of the earth showing sunrise across the sphere. I am not posting it as proof of a round earth, so let's not go there. I know it's an image from NASA, so no need to point that out either, I'm merely using it as a reference for what I believe to be the nature of sunrise and sunset on a spherical earth..

Please, someone from the FE side, post a simple sketch showing the nature of the light/dark divider on a flat earth. I just want to see a line showing the edge between light and dark as you see it. Use either of these images from your FAQ, or create your own. No matter, I just want to understand the nature of daylight/darkness in FET. Simple highlighting or lines drawn onto an image pointing this out will suffice in helping me understand this.
Thanks.
