It saddens me that I have noted many snide/sarcastic/out right nasty replies to most of the posted statements and/or questions on this site. Disagreement should lead to debate not name calling, as this does not show anything but the inability of respondents to demonstrate their self control and ability to show their side of a discussion.
In truth, almost all learning and knowledge comes to us second hand from teachers, politicians, scientists, etc. There is only one fact that you can actually know and that is one which you have personally experienced. I see grass, I can touch grass, I "know" grass exists. I can see the sky and the stars at night but having not been "up there" I can not say that they absolutely exist. Therefore, fighting and name calling over abstracts seems wasteful. Disagree with me, as you will, but please keep it civil. Thank You.
