Trying to show you how to proceed with debates on this site.  That's one of the things this site is about, figuring out ways to make the flat earth model work.  Besides, I was also trying to show you that arguing by use of unproven statements (at least in the post) doesn't fly around here.

Except for the fact that I could say that the Earth is so insanely huge, you aren't able to see the extremely slight rate of curvature.

I don't get what you mean. Unless everybody is so prepared to disregard scientific evidence in favour of the whole "that still doesn't prove anything" way of upholding personal beliefs, i.e. inability to accept reality.

You're saying that if you were placed on an extremely large spherical object, you would be able to see infinitely around? Because if that was the case, you would be able to see your self from behind.

No, that's not what I'm saying.  Nor is it what anybody else is saying as far as I know.

21, and I have no reason to believe the earth is anything but a globe.

After all, how silly would it be if they called them "The Harlem Disctrotters"?

Please tell me you're joking about the cube.

If not, go start your own forum. Let's see how many believers you get. :P
