@all the FEF who say that everything else is a globe:
Why are all the other celestial bodies allowed to be globes? If all the other kids get globes, I want one too!!!

And how logic is that? Somehow everything must have been originated... Why should everything have finally become a globe except the earth?

Seems a bit religious again... You know, the earth being something special and so on...


Btw: How could the other celestial bodies can be anything else than globes? Just a globe looks round from every point of view...

(Even though it has nothing to do with whose 'theory' is the accepted fact, even if here would only be FE'ers it would still be that the earth is a globe.)

Please vote for what you REALLY believe/know, not what you like to argue for because you hate your life or whatever...

Perhaps the whole mankind is. Just you FE people don't know about it. Perhaps all the RE people know that the earth is flat, we just want to irritate you.

First: I don't care which shape the earth has. It wouldn't change my life. But I know that it's a globe.

@FEF:
Pool money.
Fly over the antarctica.
Open your eyes.
(See that you can do it and that there is no icewall.
Accept that the earth is a globe.)

OR:
Admit that you don't really believe that the earth is flat.
Admit that you're afraid of seeing the truth.
Admit that you're not 'scientific' (scientists long for the truth, even if it means that their theories are wrong).
Admit that your whole theory is nonsense.

And please: Ask yourself what really bothers you. Porbably it isn't the shape of the earth. Who seriously cares about it? It's a globe. That's it. Perhaps get a therapy or something. Find out what's really wrong in your life.

The FE's just don't want people to see what's really there where they claim the icewall is! They say that you'll be killed by the government/... and like that they want to stop people from exploring the antarctica. They just made that all up to cover the real secret...

Ok, if the nonsense*-conspiracy-idea just came up because you believe that the earth is flat - then what made you believe that the earth is flat in the first place? You said it's not religion. It's not the observation that it somehow seems flat when you're a naive little human being. What is it?

*I don't claim it's nonsense, it is. There's no motive for it: Money? Who would get money because the earth is a globe? Nobody would have cared fivehundreds years ago... Or more: they cared, because they were told that the earth is a globe. If the 'conspiracy-people' wouldn't have started the whole thing everyone would still believe that the earth is flat. And where would be the difference (except it isn't true)? And you don't know who's involved in the conspiracy. And you don't know how they manage to keep it secret. You know nothing. Reminds me of a sect...

However the whole thing doesn't make any sense without a motive - why should all (?) the governments start a conspiracy like that? I mean, now everyone would be angry, but noone would have cared hundreds (when did it start?) years ago. The people believed that the earth was flat. Why should anyone benefit from the earth being a globe?

And how does it work to organise all that, to give the information to the next generation and stuff like that. And to keep everyone from telling the secret. Someone would give it away or someone else (scientists, religious fanatics, conspiracyfreaks) would have found out and told the world.

And if it would be true there would be a proof. But you 'found out' and noone cares. It's not like your idea is new and it will take it's time. People believed Darwin, Galielei and so on after a while - but the mankind won't believe your nonsense because you haven't got any reason or any proof.

Ok, first I have to say that English isn't my mother tongue, so there probably will be some mistakes - please just ignore them (hey, you're good in that!).

I can really imagine that some people here believe that the erath is flat - I mean people believe all sort of things! They believe in god (which is less stupid than to believe in a flat earth, but still totally causeless), the devil or santa clause (which is not more stupid than to believe in a flat earth).

And I have to say that I do not BELIEVE in a round earth, because I don't have to. I know that the earth is round. It isn't a theory. It's the truth. You don't seem to like that. People also didn't want to believe in evolution (which you also don't have to believe in, IT'S A FACT), that the earth orbits around the sun and so on.

But face it: The earth is not the center of something! The sun is bigger than us! The whole universe is there and we are just some tiny little creatures - but at least we are able to decide. You decided to be ignorant, stupid and a laugh - but THAT is what makes humans special.

How comes that the way from the "left side" to the "right side" of your so-called earth is so short? How can you fly there? People don't have to fly over the whole world, they are there in minutes.

And why is your theory an american-theory? Why the ice-wall should be where you think it is? Just because you little freaks never where there? I've got a tip: Stop hanging around in front of your computer and start to travel! You will EXPERIENCE that the earth can not be flat... And which government takes care of the ice-wall? The North American? Yeah, sure... And you are not the only country who ever flew to the moon and so on. Look at the rest of the world. This would be enough to proof that the earth is a BALL (yeah, not round, A BALL).

But what should you expect from 'creationists'? How can you really believe that god made all beings? How comes that creatures develop, change and die out? And then new ones come? And how can it be that in some states you really do not teach "evolution theory"? It is not like it is a theory. There isn't the question "god" or "Darwin". There is the question: Reasonable, proved science our children should be taught or a random believe without any foundation?

Sorry, but thinks like that make people in other countries think that Americans aren't the brightest... Of course there are crazy people in my country, too. But they are few and when we see them with laugh and point at them...you know what I mean. I get the impression that the people who believe in "creation" or a "flat earth" or or or aren't a tiny little minority in America. And that makes me think that there must be something gone totally wring in your country. Perhaps you need your own Age of Enlightenment and some real revolutions. Perhaps the whole thing went too fast for America. But you don't have the time. Our world hasn't got the time. Even if it would be flat...we are destroying it. We are being awful to it and to ourselves. Grow up and change something. Throw away your atom bombs, stop wasting the ressources, stop things like death penalty and torture. There are so many things you could do - why do you have to try to proof something which is proved wring since hundreds of years???

Of course you CAN believe in god. This isn't that stupid. If you aren't fanatic I won't stop you from doing it. But remember: Saying that god exists is the same if I would say that...a pink bunny made the whole universe and tells us what to do. And saying that the earth is flat is the same as to say it is...shaped like a donut.

Why don't you just ravel to your ice-wall? Or fly into the space? Or just take a flight from a place you think is on one edge to a place you think is on a opposite edge? Afraid?
