Just a game of would you rather....

Would be interesting to see how far people would go to support extreme left or right ideology.

If you're on the 'right' you could be more worried about the extreme right wing vs left wing for all I know and vice versa

So who do you think would better serve the country and the people? AOC or MTG?

Trumptards are a minority in this country, Trump lost the popular vote, like by a lot.

If a national vote were held between the two then AOC would win.

I'm no fan of AOC but she's not batshit insane talking about Jewish space lasers and I'd rather someone push crazy dumb ideas that try and help people than someone that spews vile selfish hate. Not to mention trying to, you know, violently overthrow the government.

If AOC starts showing violent left wing hate groups around the capital and urging Biden to declare Martial law so we can arrest all the Republican, then it will become a hard decision.

Yeah that's the thing. I think both candidates have their flaws and are extreme in their respective politics - but I'd still say AOC is less extreme left than MTG is extreme right.

AOC also wants what? Socialised health care? (done successfully in many 'non socialist countries'). Increased minimum wages? She also wants Puerto Ricans treated like the American citizens they are judging by one of her tweets recently

MTG brings a lot of hate and intolerance to the table. And guns. "Lots of guns". What is it she really wants for America? I see a lot of what she hates but not a lot of plans going forward. Perhaps expel all the brown people? Criminalize miscarriages? Gay conversion therapy? Every wish I see of hers is regressive and hateful. Is the 2 million in jail not enough for America? I can see a lot more in jail if she steered the ship. China, a regressive malevolent dictatorship with 1 billion more citizens still has over 300K less people in its jails!

I'm just not seeing America with a happy and bright future under a repug like MTG. More like a dark dystopian future - but hey if that's what the public wants....

Yeah, the right wing acts like AOC is some worshiping communist liberal socalist witch who hates America and wants to destroy it.

She's a liberal activist.  She pushes for stuff the right wing hates like health care and abortions and better pay and protection from workers and social justice.  And sure I don't agree with everything she wants and I think some is unreasonable and some is just too much and some things I don't agree with at all.  But holy hell, the right acts like she's literally satan.

If I had to choose between them, then obviously AOC is not insane. I don't agree with her politics, but I think we could survive her term in office. lol

I watched a steam a while back with AOC playing a video game online with a bunch of randoms.  She just seemed normal and nice.

Unless she covers it up incredibly well, she’s not a hate filled crazy person.  No contest.

Don't judge me! Come on! Don't you want to see what happens? If aoc is president then what do we get? Universal Healthcare? Boring! I want to see mtg sign an executive order to point the jwst at earth to find the Jewish space lasers that are causing all the wildfires.

Aoc is definitely pitential to become a danaerys GOT (starts off nicey nicey help everyone then power crazed) type.

She has policies I like and dislike, pretty much like most politicians I end up voting for.  Some common ones she has...

Medicare for All: Of course, it's sinfull that America doesn't have universal health care. This is needed badly.

Tuition-free public college: Eh, I don't think this is anything we need. Fixing tuitions in general though would be nice.

Green New Deal: Agree. The planet is in serious trouble, green energy is a major part in solving this. Anything we can do to help is needed, and needed now.

Abolishing ICE: Hard disagree. Reform, sure. Get rid of? No.

But I also want to point out it's good she is fighting for all of these things, because at least it means we are talking about these problems and not ignoring them. I don't want ICE removed, but I at least can be sure she would vote for any solid reforms, unlike MTG.
