I have seen the ISS many times with my 6" telescope. It certainly doesn't have a spotlight on and it certainly isn't a gulf jet. You're just a retard and don't know what the ISS looks like from the ground.

Here are the tables side by side for comparison:



The first thing the observant will notice is that the times vary between these two sites. Both the length  of time the thing is viewable for, and the time in the evening to be out in the garden scouring the skies for the thing.

You'll also notice that according to one, there is a sighting available on Friday 19th at 17:36, but the other site disagrees.

I'm not a space cultist so I thought maybe the astroviewer site might not be reputable (even though it appears as the first link for the phrase "iss observations"). Space.com has the following to say about this astroviewer site:

The station flies at an average altitude of 248 miles (400 kilometers) above Earth. It circles the globe every 90 minutes at a speed of about 17,500 mph (28,000 kph). In one day, the station travels about the distance it would take to go from Earth to the moon and back. The space station can rival the brilliant planet Venus in brightness and appears as a bright moving light across the night sky. It can be seen from Earth without the use of a telescope by night sky observers who know when and where to look. Not really.  The times seem to be no more than about 2-3 minutes off.

You'll also notice that according to one, there is a sighting available on Friday 19th at 17:36, but the other site disagrees.

Sometimes the apps will have a minimum peak elevation parameter.  I have a tracker app that won't report anything less than 10 degrees peak elevation above the horizon, including the Saturday pass over London.  My guess is that one app simply has a higher minimum peak elevation threshold than the other.

Perhaps you could show us the rest of the information about those passes, such as peak elevation,  begin and end times and apparent magnitude.

I have proof that the moon is a plane. I was looking for the moon in the sky and saw it, even though it was during the new moon, but I could still see it. When I looked at it I noticed it said easy jet on the side. Proof that the moon is a plane.

A lot of people claim they saw iss with their telescopes it is a shame. Everyone is payed by nasa to fool stupid people around the world. I am glad only this forum has smart people.

Oh that! With any plane if you can see the spotlight you can see the the wing lights (green and red) and the beacon. So it's not a plane that you are looking at.
