If the globulists are correct, they claim that Montreal sits at latitude 45° 30’ N (45.50884° North) on a globe and that São Paulo sits at latitude 23° 32’ S (23.5475° South). The difference between them are thus approximately 68.98°. That means that "up" for someone in Montreal should be 68.98° different than for someone in Sao Paulo.

I found these two images of full moons in Montreal and Sao Paulo respectively:

By making out features on the Moon, it indeed seems like they are turned around 70 degrees. The moon always faces the same way towards earth and it does not rotate. So maybe the globulists are correct?

If you follow the moon over the course of a 24 hour period, you will see its orientation relative to Earth's surface does appear to change and this makes it much more complicated to compare.
