They are experiments which allow you to distinguish between a flat Earth and a round Earth.
There are countless such experiments, and plenty of people have carried them out and found that Earth is round.

REers have no issues with performing reasonable experiments to determine the shape of Earth.
It is only FEers with those problems; people who will continually refuse to do experiments, as if they know their fantasy is wrong.

In what way is it "appearing to be flat".

What we can clearly see from water is an object above water being viewed by an observer above water, with the water blocking the view.
The simplest and most logical and straightforward explanation of that is the water is round.
Your hatred of reality does not change that.

You have nothing to demonstrate Earth is flat. But there is plenty that shows Earth is round, including the simple facts you keep fleeing from.

Appealing to your wilful ignorance of the RE model will not magically make it wrong.

If they did not say it is motionless, and you then trying to appeal to a turbulent atmosphere to claim they lied about seeing it motionless it means YOU are lying.

They claimed to see a distinct feature fixed in position along one of five distinct belts on Saturn, and hours later saw it at other fixed positions on Saturn.

And they do not need to have seen it perfectly still without any atmospheric turbulence at all to do so.

Just like I can look at an object through a heat haze, and still make out features on it and tell if those features have a moved a significant amount.

You either need to be a complete imbecile incapable of pretty much any thought to believe such BS, or a pathetic lying POS with no integrity at all to say such obvious BS.

Can you see the plane without any distortion? No.
But you can make out features on it, such as the windows and the logo and the lights and engine and wings?
Can you tell that it has rotated?

According to your complete absence of reason, if someone said they saw this plane taxi onto the runway and turn to line up with the runway and then take-off; then they must be a liar, because the heat haze is distorting the view because the said it was motionless (even though they actually didn't).
That is the level of dishonesty and stupidity you are appealing to.

How can I say what I think of their claims, if their claims are not the issue here?

A view on their claims, such as my view on their claims as falsehoods or lies, doesn’t become the issue because you say it is, ignoring the actual issue I’ve brought up to you in the first place!

What do you think could be the issue brought up to a court or hearing or investigation of some type, if the issue is my view on the issue? That’s utter nonsense!

You can’t ignore their claims about Saturn which have no proof at all, that’s the issue brought up to a court for an investigation or review board, to assess its validity and merit or not be valid or legitimate claims of being true!

If I didn’t say anything about their claims, what would you think the issue is?

Do you think there’d be no issue I brought up?

How can their claims not be the issue I brought up, if I didn’t have a view on them after looking at all the evidence?

Our own views on issues don’t become the issues themselves, they are views ON issues, not transformed into the issues themselves!

This would be an investigation, brought up in a court of law, would be an investigation on whether or not their claims are valid and true, whether or not there is valid evidence to support their claims as valid and true, or any evidence that refutes their claims as valid and true.

What the investigators have found or not found as evidence is already been done before going into the court of investigation, that’s always the case!

It is only after the investigation of their claims is completely and thoroughly studied and taken into account, their claims about Saturn, made over 200 years ago, should be taken to a court of law for investigation of its validity and legitimacy.

When the investigator or prosecutor tells the judge and the jury that their is no valid evidence for their claims, while there is overwhelming evidence showing their claims are not true or valid at all, and says that evidence is proof of their claims as falsehoods, unless those who support their claims as true and valid can ever show any valid evidence to support their claims as valid and true…

In fact, if there was no evidence at all that shows their claims are not valid or true, it only matters that their claims have no valid evidence for being true, which rules them as not valid at all!

Same way anyone who makes a claim must have proof for it, or it’s not a valid claim at all!

For some strange reason, you seem to believe their claims of Saturn, made over 200 years ago, without any proof for them as true at all, over 200 years later on, don’t even need any proof for them being valid or true at all, while you also claim that all our videos of Saturn are not, even one of them, considered as evidence of some sort, because you think that saying they’re all not evidence makes them all not evidence, and you think we should believe your reason for not being evidence is true and valid on top of it all!

We don’t even need evidence of being falsehoods, though we do, which only confirms their claims are falsehoods.

That their claims don’t have any evidence to support them as valid or true is the first thing that rules them invalid and useless claims of crap, the residence showing them falsehoods confirms they are lies, no other conclusion to make but being lies.

Their biggest and most obvious error which made it look very legitimate to us, at the time, and still to most people today, are their descriptions of the details claimed to be seen by them!

These details, even if they did exist at all, could never at all be seen by them, because we cannot even see anything close to their claim of seeing multiple distinct belts at all, let alone any distinct feature on an edge of a belt, so they certainly didn’t see it either.

There’s no telescope ever built on Earth that would show their claims are true, which is why we will never see them on Saturn, they don’t exist at all.

I thought the flat earth threads on this website were the most insane imaginable. How wrong was I? This thread is fruitier than a fruitcake.

There are no winners in religious debates on the meaning of doctrine. The number of ways religious doctrine can be interpreted is literally infinite.

What one person says is understanding, another says is misunderstanding.

But here's food for thought. Didnt Jesus say, "My father and I are one"?

Now.  Draw the sun’s path on the picture for the equinox and show how for me in Ohio how the sun can stay the same apparent size throughout the day.  Rise due east and set due west.  And show how the sun can also rise due east and set due west for California, Hawaii, Japan, China, India, Russia, turkey, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Great Britain.

FE is a crap show that can’t “solve” one problem without contradicting itself in several other areas.


Bulma, I just asked you a direct and simple question.  You can’t complete the task because it doesn’t work for a flat earth.  Everyone sees through your flack, and it’s just flack to cover FE fails to match reality.

Let's discuss convex and concave.


If we are seeing the horizon curve inward, rather than bulge outward, we by definition do not have to prove his experiment.  Do you know why not? No, of course not, so let me explain it to you. To a Flat Earther, either a perfect level or slight concavity is acceptable. This is because of the nature of water. Water is level on a flat surface or inside a bowl.


Both of these are tolerable explanations for Earth's flatness. What doesn't make any sense is water at the horizon appearing to be flat on the outside of a ball. So when this silly old man says "something must be wrong!" and overreacts about it like the good little RE shill he is, and I look at it for like the seventeenth time, and I realize, no, actually nothing's wrong. Any curvature that he measured came out in favor of FE.

So I guess it's "(fake) Flat Earther accidentally proves the Earth is flat while accidentally proving the Earth is round," huh?
