In order for them to have any merit at all you need to show that these values can actually be measured.
Meanwhile, back in reality what is actually measured is the relative values, i.e. how the aberration changes throughout the year.
That means you don't directly measure the 20.62 or 192.51 or the 151.26 arc seconds.
Instead you measure the difference between them.
i.e. for the HC frame, you would have 20.62 - (-20.62) = 41.24
For the milky way frame, you would have 192.51 - 151.26 = 41.25.
Nothing like the massive difference you had.
Now try it with the correct value for the speed of light and the relativistic corrections.
Now do you understand why honest, rational people would care?
